This is our second time staying here with the family, and we're just as impressed! The service is excellent, and the rooms are beautiful and clean. My daughter absolutely loves the pool. We'll definitely be back again if we have the chance!

The receptionist provides very good service. Clean, nice hotel to stay in the heart of the city, very impressive.

The rooms were great, as was the onsite restaurant/bar. As happens in Thailand from time to time we had a power outage. The team organized another room for us immediately, which was also great. Will certainly stay here again if back in Loei.

Good atmosphere, good room, only bad water flow very little, especially the shower.

The room is a bit old, the plug should be changed from 2 holes to 3 holes. The bathroom should have a new shower, I can't open the water at all.

Overall, okay, good, clean accommodation, there are restaurants, beautiful shops, lovely staff. The location is on the main road, not difficult to find.
