Great hotel, spacious room with a completely working living area and built-in kitchen, highly recommended for customers with their own vehicles, and conveniently located near the greatest local nightlife and restaurants area. Excellent parking and friendly customer service. Because of their proximity to the forest and reservoir, mosquitos should be prevented.

The service was very good. We arrived late, but the owner still provided good service. The swimming pool was very relaxing. We had a very comfortable experience. I will book this hotel again on my next trip.

This hotel is located right on the main road, close to both the morning and evening markets. Even though they don't serve breakfast, there's a snack corner with coffee and water available. My only minor complaint is that you can sometimes hear doors closing in other rooms or people walking in the hallway. However, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the room and hotel decor were lovely, making it feel truly like coming home.

Overall ok,but the Aircon is installed just on top of the glass doors to the small terrace, so it gets really noisy at night

What a great resort tucked into a lakeside location with a mangrove nearby for walking or kayaking! We stayed in this resort for one night before heading to Koh Kood. If your flight to Trat lands after the last ferry to the islands, this is a terrific option for overnight accommodations. The room on the lake was clean and spacious, the restaurant food and servers were excellent, and the breakfast buffet had many choices for Western or Thai dishes. There seemed to be an endless amount of activities for families and the whole resort looks like a fun place to explore. There is a theme of nature everywhere you go and the resort reuses and recycles. Glass bottles of high quality drinking water were provided. Most of all, the staff could not have been more kind or helpful—every person was friendly and assisted with any need. If you have the chance, stay at Banpu Resort!

Quality hotel, not expensive, quiet place, next to Macro and Lotos. It was pleasantly surprised by breakfast that is in value. Not expensive restaurant at the hotel. Coca-Coa, tea, coffee is in value. There is a terrace, parking, waifei, refrigerator, teapot. In general, it is excellent. Of the downsides: There is no mosquito net and in the evening the conversations of the hotel staff are heard behind the wall.

Great location, but Trat is not really an amazing attraction so... Clean but a bit pricey considering there's almost nothing to do in Trat. The reception is non existent and the staff couldn't communicate very well in English, although they were friendly. Bed is comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Don't let yourself fooled by the room names (garden view, village view). They don't have a garden. Overall not a bad choice if you're staying in Trat.

The convenient location, near the bus station, was without problems with late arrival, at night.

Convenient transportation, close to tourist attractions There are sure people to take a break, the price is reasonable.
