Great
GGuest UserThe room is clean, the facilities are new, the front desk is friendly, and you can eat freshly made omelets for breakfast. You don't need to show your room card for breakfast. Although it ends at 9 o'clock, it is actually almost 10 o'clock. It is extended to 10 o'clock on weekends, which is very user-friendly. 24-hour coffee, a large TV, a welcome message with the guest's name, and good details. The bedding and towels look very clean, and the paper rolls are also sufficient. The hotel is very quiet inside and outside, and there is no noise in the morning.
The disadvantages are that the room cleaning is very uncertain. The front desk said that the room cleaning will be cleaned only if requested. When I stayed there, I didn't request cleaning one day, and I didn't clean it one day. Second, the air conditioner is still a bit loud. I found that this is a problem in most hotels. When it starts, it sounds like the sound of an airplane taking off.
DDisabled VeteranNice atmosphere, dog friendly! They have a list board that has all the dogs names that are staying there...very nice breakfast too! The hot tub and pool were not available as they were being painted. The last night it was all finished and refilled, but there was night road work going on for the on/off ramp to the Interstate right next to the pool area. That just turned us off from going to try and relax.
HHenrique RegaladoIt's rare that I ever have a complaint about Holiday Inn Express. But this time I was there for business and unfortunately I wasn't able to spend the night because my work schedule changed but for the time being that I was there the TV didn't work I was going to call downstairs and have someone take a look at it but I ran out of time it was kind of strange that the TV was unplugged and when I did plug it in the Box was not connected to the TV there was no adapter so there was no point. I've always had a pleasant stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express and every other one. This is the first time that I experienced this mishap. Hopefully next time, this won't happen again thank you for your understanding, have a good evening
DDisabled VeteranThe check-in clerk when I called said they were pet friendly, and that is why we booked. When we checked in the desk clerk was very pleasant and understood our needs. There was no issue with our furry family certified support member until we came to get our breakfast. There was only a couple of people eating and we brought our dog in his support stroller to eat before leaving for the day. After we started getting our food, the young man at the desk came over to ask about our dog. Then he saw the support services vest and said okay you're fine. The some more folks came into the food area with children running all over the area. This alerted our dog to warn us as a child came running toward us. Our dog alerted us with a few barks and then the young man desk clerk came over quickly and told us we were not allowed to stay because of the barks. Yet, he never said anything to parents of the children that were being unruly and running all around the lobby and food area! The Marriott company, whom I used to have respect for their compassion with guests that have disabilities, I no longer have! There needs to be some major changes with certain staff members that are not knowledgeable enough and they need to go do some better training! This location needs some serious internal look by Marriotts upper management for the improper actions by this one desk clerk!
GGuest UserIt was a very no hassle stay. Checked in quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self-service with a lot of options and good tasting food. The only issue there is when there are a lot of guests trying to get their food at the same time, it gets crowded and a bit chaotic. The pool is indoor, warmed, and perfect for a relaxing dip and enjoyment for the kids. The hot tub wasn't very hot, but still was relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.
KKrizianaticsStayed for 3nights and such a shame for couple of days, lift wasn't working and we were at the 3rd floor with suitcases and a toddler.
Ramsay (receptionist) was kind and accommodating enough to give us a helping hand and addressed our needs
GGuest UserMy stay was good. The service was great, both ladies at check in and check out were very nice, especially the check out one who came to replace my card and brought it to my room. The only issues I had were someone knocking at my door in the middle of the night (or maybe they were knocking at the neighbor’s? I definitely did NOT get up to look) and an alarm going off in the morning while I was making coffee with the kindly provided coffee machine and it was steaming. Not sure if it was the steam that set off the smoke alarm? It went off after beeping twice. Besides that, as they say here, you get what you pay for. I guess my neighbors were noisy and stayed up late, hence the knocking, and got up at 5am or something like that cause I could hear them talking and packing. So not exactly sound proof rooms, but besides that it was clean, full of towels and bathing items; bed was ok, tv microwave and mini fridge are included. Breakfast too, so that’s a nice plus. I’d stay there again.
GGuest UserThe food is limited because of the virus staff at the office is easy to communicate with very friendly the need to put more vending machines
GGuest UserThe service here was amazing. I had called earlier in advance to see if I could check in early and they allowed me to and helped me through the process. Though the issue that I had was that when I got into my room, the bed was a queen bed. When I payed for my hotel I asked for a king bed but that wasn’t given to me. Along with that the room that I was in the bolt lock didn’t work so I had to use the other lock on top but that one allowed people to still be able to look inside. What bothered me most while I was there was that the room service used their key to try and get in my room twice while I was in there.
JJohnathan LumA wonderful stay at SureStay Napa Valley. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable, making it a perfect place to recharge after long days exploring Napa and nearby attractions. Conveniently located close to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom as well as the beautiful Napa wineries, it made travelling around incredibly easy.
The breakfast was pleasantly satisfying with a good variety to start the day, and the peaceful atmosphere made the stay feel relaxing throughout. Great value, excellent location and a comfortable experience overall.
