Washoe County Hotels with Parking

Excellent location. Spacious 2 bedroom unit with kitchen. Decor a little tired. Very friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, the beach shuttle they suggested never came and we were told we needed a punch card to access the beach (which we were not given). Also, they recommended the Heavenly Valley gondola ride but it only runs weekends after Labor Day (we had asked about it on a weekday). In other similar hotel or timeshare type accommodations we have stayed in, guests are usually provided with a list of local activities, restaurants, etc. We found everything out on our own but it would have been nice to have had this information. Again, the front desk staff were all great!

The hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. The parking lot is enough to stop at will. Breakfast is a typical British American breakfast and you can eat. The front desk service was very good. I didn't pay attention to pulling the credit card in the suitcase on the first day of check-in. I didn't let the card be swiped. I let the check-in first. Overall hotel is good!

I usually love staying at this hotel but on this trip I had lots of trouble. Special events took up all parking spaces and I had to park off property after cruising for 30 minutes with no space available. The pool area was having a rock music beach party until 11 pm on the night I was departing and needed to wake at 5:30 am for my flight. No staff warned me of this late night party that created serious noise in the tower I was in that faced the pool. Hotel front desk offered ear plugs but no apology or offer to change rooms. To add insult to injury I asked for a wake up call that never happened. Luckily I had my phone to wake me although I got very little sleep.

All aspects are good, service, environment, location, convenient parking. It's a new hotel. Facilities are also perfect, but toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. need to call the help desk to collect. I ordered two houses, but the prices are different, puzzled! I didn't have breakfast. I got up in the morning and went to the front desk to buy a cup of coffee. Opposite is the King's Car Museum. Tickets are 6 yuan for children, 12 yuan for adults, and yuan for the elderly. Worth a look. However, it is best to keep valuables in the parking lot by yourself, personally. Isolate some tramps. Attention ⚠️

This was my second time staying at this hotel! I love it so much and highly recommend it! Unfortunately we didn’t realize that this hotel accepted animals and my 16month old is highly allergic to pet dander . We did talk to someone about this being accommodated in the future. Also I wish there was better food options that weren’t frozen and possibly more accommodating/accessible for allergies . My daughter has a wheat allergy, soy, dairy, egg, to name a few and we practically had to bring our own food for her

Everything about this hotel feels like it must have been luxurious and glamorous in the past. The elevator, the room furniture, everything. Everything is old compared to today. Nostalgic (lol). When I arrived at my room and washed my hands, the sink wouldn't drain and the water backed up, but they fixed it. Apparently there's a pool, but we couldn't find it. The buttons in the elevator said the pool was on the 5th floor, but there was a gym on the 5th floor, but no pool. The cleaning staff said the pool was on the 4th floor. However, even when I pressed the 4th floor, the elevator never stopped on the 4th floor, which was really strange. We gave up looking for it. Other than that, the front desk staff, cleaning staff, and repair staff were all very kind. Thank you. ✨ The bed was soft and comfortable. ✨

Room was nice but really small for $227.00 for one night. Upon arriving and getting a first floor room found that the outside window to the parking lot was open and could have easily allowed someone to come in. Maintenance fixed it but it was a little disconcerting. Everything else was fine and the morning buffet was very good. There was an additional charge on my credit card for $22.00 that wasn't explained and that was irritating. I would stay there again however as the inconveniences mentioned weren't disqualifying. Customer service at the counter and from housekeeping were very good.

The air conditioning was broken and while I understand this could not be helped the resolution was 2 drink vouchers. No information was provided when I walked past the front desk, I had to call down to the desk because the room was so warm and no update was shared with guests that it would not be fixed that day so guests could plan accordingly. I love Hiltons and will always stay at a Hilton when I can, but I will not stay at this location in the future. Communication was poor and after a long business trip and a VERY hot day I just needed to sleep which I could not do because it was so warm.

The third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.

The experience of staying in this hotel is average. Although the room is clean and tidy, the space is slightly cramped and the bedding is comfortable. The facilities are basically complete, but some equipment is slightly old and the air conditioning noise is slightly louder. The attitude of the service staff is acceptable, but the response speed is not fast enough. The overall environment is quiet, the location is convenient, suitable for short stays, but the comfort and service need to be improved.
