The hotel's sanitation is meticulous, the rooms are clean and dry, and the surrounding travel is convenient. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the team has multiple rooms to check in efficiently, the parking lot is sufficient, it is very suitable for many people to travel together to escape the summer, the price is very high, next time you come to Weining will choose here.

The only downside is that parking is a bit troublesome! Because there is a car repair parking and other random parking! The aisle is a bit narrow! Be careful to drive!

GGuest UserTraveling through Xianning on a self-driving tour, I chose to stay at the Youju 17 Degrees Homestay Hotel for a few days to rest and recuperate, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The twin room was spacious and practical, with clean and skin-friendly bedding. The large windows provided excellent natural light, and with the curtains closed, it was quiet and dark, ensuring a peaceful and sound sleep. What impressed me most was the meticulous service from the host. The room was equipped with the hotel's exclusive natural mineral water, along with disposable toiletries and all the essential household amenities. The entire accommodation had a well-designed layout, not just individual guest rooms, but also a huge public living room with a dining table, sofa, washing machine, and sink – perfect for washing and drying clothes after a self-driving trip, giving it a complete home-away-from-home feel. The hotel's decor featured many paintings and landscape installations depicting Xianning's local scenery, and the slogan 'Hainan in winter, Xianning in summer' left a deep impression, truly conveying the owner's dedication to creating a wonderful travel atmosphere. The entire place was cleaned meticulously, with no dust or insects in the corners, and the infrastructure was well-maintained. The surrounding area has excellent facilities, making dining convenient. The owner was straightforward and efficient, and the check-in process was simple and quick. Overall, the value for money is exceptional, making it highly suitable for extended stays or short trips. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Xianning.

The first window faces the road. It is a bit noisy. The second room faucet is broken. The hot water staff has not changed for more than half an hour. After almost 10:30, the third room in the provincial exam was a small black house without windows. The water was very small. At that time, I saw the new opening in 2026 and thought it was relatively new. The result was that the old hotel was changed. The old thing is old. The overall price is OK. The main thing is that the room is a bit old. I don’t know at night. What's ringing all the time?

The check-in process was very fast, the front desk staff smiled kindly, and took the initiative to inform the Wi-Fi password, breakfast time and refund. Knowing that I was coming to this city for the first time, I also warmly recommended the nearby authentic local snacks and net red punch points. This intimate feeling makes people feel at home in an instant.
Smart space, comfortable like home
The room is classic modern minimalist, clean and bright. What I am most satisfied with is the ubiquitous smart experience: the lights, air conditioning and curtains can be easily controlled by voice or mobile phone applet, and the sense of technology is full. The mattress is moderately firm and has good support. It is equipped with high-quality pure cotton bedding, which makes me relieve my fatigue and enjoy a deep sleep all night. The shower water pressure is sufficient, the hot water comes quickly, and it is particularly refreshing after washing away the fatigue.
Full details, great value for money
The hotel is very well done in detail: high-speed free Wi-Fi covers the whole building, office entertainment is no pressure; public areas have self-service laundry and leisure areas, too friendly for long-distance travelers. Although not luxurious, everything is available and the quality is online.
Excellent location and convenient travel
The hotel is located near the transportation hub, a few minutes walk to the subway station, and it is very convenient to go to major business districts and attractions. There are many convenience stores and restaurants in the surrounding area, and the atmosphere of life is strong.
In short, the IU hotel perfectly interprets the concept of ”young without limit”. It adds a full score to my trip with intelligent and convenient service, comfortable and clean environment and very competitive prices. It is definitely a cost-effective choice for business travel or young tourists, and will definitely come again next time!
