The room layout and the view from the window were superb, directly facing the ocean – absolutely breathtaking. The air conditioning worked great and was really cool, unlike some earlier reviews that mentioned noise issues. There was also a large ceiling fan. The staff were all incredibly friendly, always greeting us warmly. Breakfast was also quite good. I'd read reviews saying it was too 'Western,' but there was actually Chinese congee, side dishes, salted duck eggs, mini fried dough sticks, and noodles, among other things. Plus, there was a dedicated section for Indonesian dishes. The fruit selection was decent too, mainly watermelon, honeydew, papaya, jackfruit, and oranges. Overall, breakfast was very rich and varied. The hotel grounds are expansive with multiple pools to suit different needs. It felt almost like a private beach – uncrowded and clean. The hotel is a bit older, so manage your expectations. The water quality isn't the best, and the shower pressure was quite low. While the hotel provides bottled filtered water, I felt more comfortable buying my own bottled water. The Italian restaurant on-site was delicious, and it was nice to enjoy some cold beer there. You can also order food and drinks via Grab and have them delivered to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. After all, when you're traveling, a good mood makes everything better! The hotel's spa was fantastic! My child and I had a 90-minute parent-child spa session that left us wanting more. Highly recommended.

I chose a sea-view room, and it was decent, though the view was slightly obstructed, I could still see the ocean. The hotel's pool was a big plus, very large with a deep end, but it was a shame it closed at 7 PM, preventing further use. It would be great if they could extend the hours. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few steps from Karon Beach, and there's a 7-Eleven right outside the lobby. Dining options nearby are also plentiful. The room facilities were okay, and the room door was incredibly heavy, which actually made for good soundproofing. However, the air conditioner was too noisy, even on the lowest fan setting.

The hotel is good overall, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The washbasin in the room had some problems, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the room was located far from the reception area, and I had to take a shuttle bus to get there, which made it less convenient when going back and forth. With a few improvements, this could be a great place to stay.

Five-star recommendation for this hotel! It's located near Karon Beach. All rooms are individual cliffside villas with amazing views. You need to take the hotel's tuk-tuk from the lobby to your room, but they arrive quickly after you call. Every staff member is friendly and welcoming, offering excellent service. A friend was celebrating a birthday during our trip, and we mentioned it in an email to the hotel beforehand. They surprised us with a birthday cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Overall, I highly, highly recommend this hotel. It's perfect for a private and quiet getaway, and it's also quite close to the beach.

A wonderful hotel on Karon Beach. The rooms are large and spacious, with multiple balconies and beautiful views. The bed is big and comfortable, and the kitchen is good and roomy. The staff are polite and always ready to help. There's a large swimming pool, and room cleaning is well done. The room has everything you need. The hotel staff are wonderful, kind, and responsive people. The ladies at reception are very kind, and the security guards at the entrance are always friendly; everyone is very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. It's the best hotel on Karon Beach.

Having stayed at many Centara hotels, a local hotel group, I can confidently give this one a five-star rating! This villa is their newest property, featuring a modern, circular design. The ground floor consists of pool villas, though the pools aren't huge. The resort also has a regular hotel in a high-rise building, and another tropical rainforest-style resort (which isn't listed on Ctrip). All three hotels share facilities, including five fantastic swimming pools! I didn't have time to experience the spa. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and even had Eggs Benedict! Villa guests enjoy complimentary afternoon tea and cocktails. The gym offers great views, and there's a Starbucks right next door. Upon check-in, I downloaded their app, which I used to order water and other items directly. The resort has many other facilities and daily activities that I didn't get a chance to experience. This resort is a destination in itself; you could easily spend your entire trip just relaxing here. The beach is less than a ten-minute walk away, but the waves are quite big, so it's more for surfing than swimming. Unlike domestic hotels, the white cloth slippers provided by this hotel group are not disposable. They are cleaned, disinfected, and reused ♻️. The bellhops at the entrance were very proactive in helping with luggage, arranging a taxi, and even taking a photo with me. I tipped them a little for their excellent service.
