Marriott Hotels in Phuket

The room location we were assigned wasn't ideal. We were in Building 4, which was quite far from the beach and right next to the road. The constant 'putt-putt' sound of motorbikes in the morning was really noisy, and the soundproofing wasn't great. However, overall we were still satisfied. Enjoying breakfast with a sea view instantly brightened our mood. The hotel's private beach is perfect for snorkeling, and when the tide goes out, you can even go clamming – it's absolutely fantastic!!!

Rooms 10/10. Spacious and clean, good air conditioning, super comfortable bed and pillows. Didn’t like the food at room service much, maybe the products are of high quality but the cooking could be improved. However, the breakfast was great as you have plenty of options to choose from. Didn’t feel very welcomed as one night guest during check in process, wasn’t provided breakfast time,location etc. I can say there was no service at all, I had to ask questions, ask for help with luggage etc. Later, I met a man at the reception who was very nice and kind, if not him - the overall impression of the hotel service could be disappointing.
