Our lower level, which is accessible from the outside, has a full and twin beds, a seating area with a TV and a little serving station with a microwave and small refrigerator to hold some essentials.Our outdoor living area provides a gas grill and even a bait freezer for your convenience. We have guests currently booked that have concerns about the depth of the canal coming in so I'm providing more information to help future guests - Past guests with a 30' boat ONLY had issues during king tides at low tide. If you are an experienced boater, you can get in and out of our canal without a problem. Please reach out before booking if you have questions or concerns so we can provide more details if you require them.Pets: Please note we have a size limit and prefer smaller dogs, not too hairy - please send us a note first to confirm your pet is okay to stay. It's an extra $25/day (plus tax) for each pet. VRBO should ask you to put in the number of pets and charge accordingly but if their system doesn't pick it up, we'll add it on. If you are unsure, don’t add your pet in now, we will do it later when you decide. You may have up to 8 guests by Monroe County's Ordinance, but we charge additional occupancy fees of $125/week per person in this case.
