Spa hotels in Sharjah

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

The staff at Four Points Sheraton is incredibly friendly and helpful. Monisha, in particular, stands out as an exceptional service provider. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of both guests and myself. This exceptional service has made Four Points Sheraton Hotel my first choice whenever I embark on a business trip to Sharjah, UAE.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2024. A good hotel on the outskirts of Sharjah, across the road is Ajman. Large green area, three swimming pools, equipped beach. The locker rooms are next to the pool, and beach towels are provided here based on cards. There are Russian speaking staff. The room has everything you need, daily change of towels, replenishment of shower accessories. There is a set for tea and coffee, two bottles of water are provided per day. The beach is clean, garbage is regularly removed, the sea is boring, small schools of fish live near the stones to the right and left. The water in January is cool, but you can swim. The water in the pools is heated. The attitude of the staff is friendly, responsive, and they respond to requests immediately. There is a free transfer to shopping centers in Sharjah (without an appointment, several times a day), as well as to the Dubai Mall and Ajman (by appointment). We initially stayed for a week, but decided to extend our stay here.

Traveling with a toddler can be quite challenging, but the staff at [Hotel Name] went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They were incredibly accommodating to our requests, making us feel like we were at home. Our 2-year-old son was welcomed with open arms, and the hotel thoughtfully provided us with child-friendly amenities that made our stay much more comfortable. Our room is very spacious and well-appointed and it was also meticulously clean – an aspect that's especially important to us during these times. Let's talk about the food – a pleasant surprise that truly delighted our taste buds. As a Filipino with a different palate, I didn't know what to expect from the hotel's cuisine. However, I was blown away by the diverse range of options on the menu and their exceptional taste. The flavors were thoughtfully crafted, and each dish was a masterpiece in itself. Indeed our stay was an absolute delight. The family-friendly atmosphere, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations made our short staycation truly special. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, grateful for the memories we created during our time there. We wholeheartedly recommend Sahara Beach Resort & Spa to anyone seeking a wonderful family getaway with such a peaceful ambiance.
