VVIVEK MENONSLocation little far away from city.. They did provide an Early check in upon request... Parking can be little troublesome...but overall hotel amenities were good and staffs were cooperative. I will recommend this to any one with medium budget and needs a decent stay

GGuest UserThe property has a great ambience. The rooftop restaurant is marvelous. The rooms are spacious and neatly mainded. Looking forward to visit this property again when we visit Mysore. The food and rooms are value for money. The staff are friendly.

GGuest UserThe rooms are good no doubt. But the service is very poor. In the evening we went to their garden restaurant for dinner and all stewards are standing at the corner and chit chatting. No one bothers about the customer. When we order something they give another thing and they argue rudely with us. Morning breakfast complimentary. They just give one item and then after 30min they just pop up and ask for another thing. Like this they want to control the cost. Not worth the money we spent there

Disappointing aspects include the lack of towels provided during my one-night stay, the limited Western breakfast options, and the poor quality of the kids' zone.
I was satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and service.
The price was half the price I paid when I booked just before my trip compared to a month ago, so I canceled free on Trip.com and rebooked.

Overall, hotel golden castle's strategic location near key transport hubs and tourist attractions, combined with its dining options and essential amenities, makes it a suitable choice for visitors looking to explore mysore. Overall my experience is decent, my family and friends enjoyed lot. Staff: staff is really helpful, providing necessary information and they also try to understand your concern and resolve. Only issue i faced was room got locked once since recharge expired next day, i called them over telephone, and they came, took card and made it work again.
