When I was finally checked in, I was disappointed to find that the room was not properly cleaned — there were visible stains on the lamp, the bedside lamp wasn't functioning, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Throughout the stay, multiple electricity cut-offs during the day added to the overall inconvenience and discomfort. While I understand that occasional technical issues can arise, I felt the lack of attention to basic cleanliness and maintenance significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience, as the location and property have potential."
