They were very accommodating, they even upgraded our room and our room is already ready even before check in time. The room was very nice, comfy and relaxing. As for the location its very accessible to many restaurants and fastfood chain near metro. Suggestion hopefully can have at least one chair in the room and fridge would be a good to add in the future. ❤️ But overall super satisfied . Thank you again. We will definitely get back again ☺️ highly recommended.

Very good customer service and highly efficient reception team. Very good location in the high brow area of London. Amenities are kept very clean and well-managed. I forgot my laptop in the lobby after checking out, taking only the laptop charger. I had already reached Manchester when I noticed it wasn't in my laptop bag. I called the reception and they assured me that the laptop was found and kept in a safe place for me. Four days later, I came back to the hostel and picked up my laptop after they confirmed it was mine. This cannot happen in many hostels and budget stays in a big city like London. It's a big plus for them. I fully recommend staying in this hostel to anyone looking for such a clean and well-managed budget accommodation in London.

There is a women-only area, and only guests with a key card can enter. The women-only section has two bathrooms and one room with a maximum capacity of 10 people. The bunk beds are not very sturdy, so if the person on the top bunk moves, you can feel the vibration on the bottom bunk. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend it to light sleepers. I stayed for 8 nights and only received two towels in total—one of them only after I asked for it myself. The bathrooms were clean, and tea was available for free. There is no laundry room, so you’ll need to use the nearest laundrette. The common room has a kettle, a microwave, and a small fridge.

Special notes for conveniently entering this location: (1) Make sure to set GPS to a Walking Route, if on foot (2) the entrance code must be types into a (tiny) keypad on the front door handle (that's surprisingly hard to see at night); (3) the lockers on the left of the entrance can take some force to open. Because there are no staff on site, and because it is hard to reach by car (being behind Brick Lane) these points will make the first visit less stressful. But once inside, it's clean and quite comfortable. The tables and even the pods are more spacious than I'd expected. Also, it didn't feel crowded at all. I'll probably use it again (now that I'm confident in how to find and enter the building).

Overall, this hostel offers good value for money. The location is convenient for getting around, and the decor is very cozy. The common area is perfect for meeting new people. However, the rooms are a bit small and the soundproofing isn't great. During peak hours, you might have to wait a while for the elevator. But considering the price and the area, I'm still very satisfied. I hope they can improve the cleanliness details in the future for an even better experience!

After reading reviews before arriving I wasn't expecting much. But as a family of 4 staying for 2 nights for Hyde park concerts  we found it a good hotel. Location is everything with this hotel. Yes they are small rooms. And bathrooms and a bit dated. But when in London sight seeing/concerts all you need is some why to sleep after a busy day.  All clean. White linen &  towels we did not need assistance from the staff but they were always at the front desk smiling a greeted us in a friendly manner.  Only downside to this hotel is there is no lifts and going up the stairs can be difficult for some.  I would recommend and will be returning

Let's be honest the facilities were basic (everything we needed, the bed made, towels and a clean shower room) and the staff were very helpful. We arrived late in the evening and I asked for more milk for the room, it was no problem. Another customer asked for cutlery, that was no problem. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was great. I’d arranged to pay at the hotel but when I arrived there was nobody there to let me in. Some other guests of the hotel let me in, but I had to phone up to make payment via a link and only then received check in instructions, so this should be made clearer! Great hotel for the price though

The hotel is ideal for a London trip. The staff is very friendly, the room was ok. It is not cleaned daily. All in all was pleasant. We're happy to come back.

The hotel was okay, near to public transport bus and circle line. The room and toilet floor was slippery if your foot was wet. They didn't have/provide floor mat for the toilet. No safety mat (rubber) for bath tub, very dangerous. On the 2nd day after we got back in, the towels are gone! Maybe they forget to put back after housekeeping. I had to go down to counter to get the towels. And sorry, we had to use one of the towels as floor mat. We put Do Not Disturb sign on the next day to prevent loss of towels again. The lift was so small. Only fit 2 person without luggage. The door for the lift was so heavy and it bangs loud sound when close. Suggest to stay room away from lift. Wifi is ok, but unstable connection. The heater was huge. Good.
