Real five-star hotel, super good location, and service. Every floor of the hotel uses different colors to give the guests a good experience. If you don't consider the price, you will definitely come again.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. It's less than 100 meters from the subway station. From Heathrow, take the Elizabeth Line to Custom House, then transfer to the DLR and go one stop further east. The hotel is right outside the station (Google Maps' route suggests walking 1km without transferring). It takes about half an hour to get to the city center. There might be some payment delays when using Visa and Mastercard credit cards issued by mainland Chinese banks at the hotel.

The original room was tiny; it was hard for one person to even get through the bathroom door. We booked for four nights but only stayed one in that room. For the remaining three nights, we paid an extra £350 per night to upgrade to a suite. That was a game-changer! Two bathrooms and two sinks made it so much more spacious. Even the slippers were upgraded to thick, comfy ones – truly a capitalist experience! The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the British Museum and 10 minutes from the train station. There's a tube station, supermarket, and convenience store right around the corner, making it super easy to get anything you need. Breakfast was a bore; the same old stuff every day, and the coffee wasn't good.

This hotel has a great location, but I think there are many better luxury hotels in London. The service and basic hospitality were far below expectations; the room was beautiful, but lacked any real inspiration. The book on the table was incredibly boring: no originality or anything thought-provoking. On my floor, they were filming a TV show, which was very disruptive (a real nuisance), but they made no effort to control the situation or notify guests in advance. After dinner, I returned to find strange items in my room; a mistake, but it took a long time to resolve. The restaurant food was delicious, but the wait was incredibly long. Service in the café was very inconsistent, and many of the servers were surprisingly slow (and for eight pounds for a coffee, I think they could at least give you a small biscuit or ask if you’d like a glass of water). I feel that if you're going to spend a lot of money in London, you can really choose a much better hotel. I hope this hotel can improve!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As a lovely birthday touch, we were also treated to a glass of Prosecco and delicious macaroons — such a thoughtful gesture that really made the occasion feel extra special. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Location is perfect. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Easy access to everywhere with bus and underground station just a few mins walk away. There is a huge Tesco Superstore just within 2 mins on foot. The room is spacious compared to other hotel in London. It comes with kitchenette, simple cooking is more than enough. The hotel provide room cleaning everyday, and breakfast is provided daily with the same selection. Overall i would say it’s a great choice if you are looking for spacious room with reasonable price.

I appreciate the service from all staffs of this amazing hotel. During our visit, they always treat us so kindly. The hotel is located at the center of London, close to Trafalgar Square and Chinatown, which means that you could take public transport to any attraction in London. I highly recommend anyone visiting London to choose this hotel!

This review is based on the price point and the value provided . The comms from the property were excellent , check in was very straight forward and easy , upon arrival the room was in excellent condition and very clean. The room itself is small but comes with a kitchen , at the price this was very acceptable , considering the proximity to the tube . You can be in central London within 10-15 mins and the olympic park is also very close. This is an excellent option for travellers on a budget needing a base to explore London . It is not the fault of the property , but the close proximity to street level makes it a bit difficult for light sleepers and we could hear every movement of the noisy guests above us. Overall a very nice stay , thanks to the property for their efforts.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and warm-hearted. The location is convenient, and the service was excellent. Everything was perfect and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
