"Good, spacious and comfortable room. Great location with easy walking distance to the tube station and the bus stop while also easy to get a cab on the main road. However, the hotel room lacked amenities, such as slippers, laundry bag, shoe horn. Also, the basic room looks a little bleak and bland. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel, and I will definitely be back to stay again."

Amazing
LLexinotlexieA Memorable Stay at The Langham: Exceptional Service and Hospitality
I had an amazing stay at The Langham, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the front desk team, Melissa and Pallmeet, for their warm welcome upon my arrival. Their efficiency in handling my check-in process was impressive, making the experience seamless and pleasant. Melissa’s attention to detail stood out as she remembered my preferences, which made me feel truly valued and at home. Their enthusiasm extended to my departure, ensuring that my check-out process was just as smooth. This level of service reaffirmed my decision to return to The Langham in the future.
During a delightful conversation with Melissa,I learned about her genuine passion for the hotel, and it was inspiring to see someone who genuinely enjoys their work. I strongly believe that employees who love their workplace naturally provide better service, and Melissa is a perfect example of this. Perhaps this is part of The Langham’s charm—not only does it attract guests, but it also creates an environment where employees take pride in their work.
Additionally, I am deeply grateful to Office Duty Manager Nanyu Nanev, who went above and beyond to assist me when I stored my luggage. His kindness and willingness to solve any issues reassured me, making my onward journey much more secure. His efficiency and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I truly respect his dedication to providing outstanding service.
Overall, my experience at The Langham was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future.

Amazing
TTeecaponeWe had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance!
The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too.
The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The atmosphere was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were nothing short of a palace.
The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!

Great
GGuest UserAMAZING STAY! WOULD BOOK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND.
Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The rooms were very spacious with the BEST shower! There is even a hair dryer and iron provided in the rooms. Spa facilities was amazing- lovely sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a variety - very accommodating to those who have dietary requirements/ need veggie options. Staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Service was outstanding overall and I would most definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to have such an enjoyable experience.

Great
GGuest UserGreat stay at Park Hyatt London River Thames. The location is excellent, right by the River Thames with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly and professional. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe hygiene, ambiance, and service were all great. They even gave out chocolate cake as a gift during the Spring Festival. However, the facilities could be improved. The toilet was a bit small, and it was rare to find both a bathtub and a shower, which felt cramped. The lighting design could also be better (though this might be a premium expectation for this class of hotel). The biggest drawback, though, is the lack of a gym, which makes it unsuitable for long stays.
KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.
AAlberto919The location is phenomenal. Right across from the street you can find the Bakerloo Line. Room was big, clean, tidy and modern, same for the bathroom. Staff very kind and happy to help.
Swimming pool facility was very hot and sadly full of screaming children. But sauna and Turkish bath also well maintained. I would suggest to check the mold in the bathroom shower, also no soap refilled.
RRichardDThe Ned is an excellent hotel in central London. A big eating area in the same building as the hotel. Very nice spa and gym. Rooms a bit small but nice and quiet.

Very Good
GGuest UserGreat service and nice staff. Currently under construction, this wasn’t apparent when I booked but made the stay a bit less luxurious, and construction noise started early some mornings. My room was also next to a back alley where glass was dropped and shattered the entire night through, making quite a lot of noise. Indicated times on the information sheet of services was often incorrect: bar closed earlier, room service stopped earlier, can’t get extra shampoo etc after 23.00
CCherylFirst time traveling to London with friends and I booked a room at the Inhabit Queen's Gardens. The location was perfect...about 4 blocks from Paddington Station, which made it very easy to get to. Upon arrival the hotel upgraded my room without me even asking! They put me in a larger room that was super clean...I'm a stickler for things like that. The room had everything I needed. I especially liked their ”spa” touches from the robes, to the soaps, to the shampoo & conditioner. Each day when they turned down my bed...they left a diffuser on with the scent called ”clean.” I loved walking into my room to the fresh scent. The hotel is also vegan. So, no meats at their café. But, I didn't mind at all since the food was healthy, clean and delicious. Note: this is a cashless hotel. So, even if you order a cappuccino you have to give them your charge card. Didn't bother me at all, but others might want to use cash at times. The staff are wonderful. Super friendly and always around to offer you help. Our first night there they pointed us to a wonderful pub literally across the street called the Cleveland Arms. We ended up going there 4 times during our trip! While I did not use their spa services, I would highly recommended this hotel and if I ever return to London, which I hope to do, I will stay here again :)
