Booked the Pilot Inn for a show at the O2. Truly pleasantly surprised at the experience we had for the price! The rooms re quaintly decorated, with the whole hotel being nautical themed! Our bedroom was well acquainted, cosy and the bathroom was newly renovated and honestly spotless! Shower was incredible! 🚿 The team were really accommodating, providing more milk when needed for the room. We had some issues with the TV connection, unfortunately our WiFi was not working at all on the night so we couldn’t stream to the TV. Breakfast the next day was an experience in itself. We had lots of choice and also the option for continental items on the buffet selection. The quality of produce was excellent! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as we were going to a family party nearby therefore the location was perfect. The young man that greeted us and took us to our rooms was very polite and informative. The room was very clean comfortable bed and tea / coffee making facilities very welcoming after a long journey. The bottle of water was very much appreciated as We always have water for bed and can't usually get it in the hotels. Breakfast was very tasty cooked to our satisfaction and plenty of it. 10/10 There was just one complaint which could not have been foreseen by the owners of the hotel and that was noisy quests we think were in room one next to my niece and her family we could also hear them in our room which was no.10 loud singing and music until the very early hrs of the morning. Just a suggestion if the hotel does not have anyone on hand at night maybe a telephone no. Could be allocated in case of emergency or disturbing residents. Many thanks Christine (room 10)

Did the small single which was great. Barnes is extremely peaceful and quiet. Easy access to London with the walk over the Hammersmith Bridge. 

The staff is very good. Breakfast is great. The room we stayed in was amazing. By all means, I would like to use it next time.

Was quite nice, tidy and clean. Super small room but quite ok for a one person traveller who wants to stay alone in an ensuite. Good location where I easily walked to the train station. I also arrived pretty late at night but with just a small upfront call my keys were sorted for me. . The breakfast was much better than expected with the omelette option for vegetarians. The staff was nice. Generally a safe family and single friendly place to stay and definitely price-conscious!! Worth my stay.

The location is very good, very close to the subway station, you can take the train to downtown London. But the hotel facilities are more successful, there is a smell inside, clean is clean, it may not be designed well.

The room number I live in is 201. The door is too old to lock more accurately. When using the keychain to lock, you must rely on the feeling to adjust the door lock. Frankly, it is a bit uneasy.

The room is superb, it is a small villa, there is a microwave and heating. There is no front desk to call the host to get the key.

We were able to stay comfortably. The ground floor is a pub and there is a lodging room on the upper floor. Check-in was done at the pub counter. It may be hard if the luggage is heavy because you need to climb the stairs to the room. The single room I stayed in was an attic on the top floor, with open and closed skylights, sunlight in the daytime, moonlight in the night, good view, not bad room. It was a skylight with a screen, so I could darken the room if I lowered the screen. The room was convenient with TV and refrigerator. The shower room and toilet were shared. I can't use the kitchen. Going out after check-in had to go in and out from the back door of the hotel. The lock of the back door needed a little trick to open. Breakfast was served with English breakfast. Simple and delicious. The location is a short walk from Forest Gate station in a 10-minute walk. The hotel is located in a residential area, but the sidewalk was uneven and it was difficult to roll the suitcase.
