Great hostel with ideal location in London! Steps from two key metro stations, Hyde park and food options. It also offers picnic tables out front for an outdoor common space! The room itself was clean and the staff provide you with fresh sheets and pillow covers so you know they’ve been washed, upon check out you remove the covers and bring them to reception for washing. They also have lockers for luggage storage but you unfortunately have to pay £5 for the day.

Stayed in a capsule for three nights. Overall, it was a great experience and very good value for money.
Pros:
• the capsules are very comfortable - I was able to sleep just as well as in a hotel
• very cheap for the comfort, cleanliness and location
• they are also very fun and different so enjoyed the new experience
• the corridors are mostly silent apart from the occasional noise of people moving around
• no noise from outside the building
• corridors and capsules both have good air conditioning
• capsules have hooks, dimible lights, a mirror and a plug socket and USB-A and C charging ports
• bathrooms are cleaned regularly
• the check in and out is an easy self service on an iPad but there are also staff who can assist with this and anything else if needed (for example I got a free toothbrush as I had forgotten to bring one) - I was very impressed with the customer service overall
• the lobby area has vending machines for some toiletries, snacks and drinks
• there is 24/7 security at the door
• the location is incredibly central and just 30 seconds from the underground - but so much of Central London is within walking distance
• especially good value for solo travellers
Cons:
• towels are not included so you need to bring your own or pay
• luggage storage is the same
• the capsules have a lock on the inside but you need a padlock for the outside which is not provided (you can buy one from the vending machines in the lobby)
• there is only one vertical bar per capsule to hang up a towel - you might struggle to dry wet clothes if it was rainy
• there is a big room of toilet and shower cubicles - the shower cubicles have a small bench and area for changing, which gets wet when you use the shower - making changing a bit uncomfortable (perhaps installing floor-length shower curtains between the sections could help)
• the local area is very touristy so you miss out on the slightly quieter London neighbourhood feel of somewhere people actually live
• the area can be a bit rowdy at night
• not great facilities for shaving
However no hostel or hotel is going to be perfect at this price, especially in such a central part of London. I was quite skeptical of staying in this kind of accomodation, but overall I loved my stay and it was brilliant value. I will definitely be staying here again many times in the future when I am in London and I would highly recommend it.
Tips for staying here:
• bring your own padlock and towel
• bring flip flops, sliders or sandals for the toilet and showers
• women who would prefer not to share facilities with men can book women's only capsules
• pack light - there isn't a lot of space for bags and large bags aren't allowed in the capsule

Bikramjit ChowdhuryI had a great stay at St Christopher’s Inn Shepherd’s Bush. The location is excellent—very close to Shepherd’s Bush station and Westfield London, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The hostel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Despite being a busy hostel, I had a comfortable night’s sleep. It’s a great option if you’re looking for affordable accommodation with good transport links.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Guest UserThe overall stay at the hostel was alright. I stayed for only one night so it was sufficient for what I needed. The location of the hostel however was where I struggled. Google map asked me to get off at Holland Park and then it would be a 1 minute walk, but it ended up being about 10mins walk. The location is very difficult to find for someone who doesn’t live in London, there are no proper signage to clearly direct one into the hostel.
Overall, the hostel was alright, they only need to improve their direction

There is a women-only area, and only guests with a key card can enter. The women-only section has two bathrooms and one room with a maximum capacity of 10 people. The bunk beds are not very sturdy, so if the person on the top bunk moves, you can feel the vibration on the bottom bunk. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend it to light sleepers.
I stayed for 8 nights and only received two towels in total—one of them only after I asked for it myself. The bathrooms were clean, and tea was available for free. There is no laundry room, so you’ll need to use the nearest laundrette. The common room has a kettle, a microwave, and a small fridge.

Guest UserI can't fault the location, the cleanliness and the friendly staff. Easy to check in. They let you bring your own food and eat in the communial area. I like that the beds have rubber mattresses more hygienic that way. The last time I stayed here my room had curtains on the beds for privacy, but not this time, so I used my duvet and sheet, it' helps block out light if someone arrives late. The toilet and shower in the room was very convenient. I picked this hostel for the second time because you can't beat the location, you can get a bus to anywhere from the main road it's like where all buses meet in Elephant and Castle. As a, solo women traveling I feel safe in this hostel, as safe as you can feel sharing with strangers and also both stays have been quiet enough to get a bit of sleep which is a rare for me in a hostel. I will keep using this hostel for my London stays. I have tried several others and this by far has toped the cleanliness and moderness for me. I like a bargain and for the price I really felt I got a deal. My only points deducted would be on no kettle or kitchen to make a cup of tea in the morning, ( if they do have one I missed it both stays) they do have a bar that does food and breakfast, but I follow my own diet restrictions, so would be great to have a space to prepare, but I really can't fault this hostel. 10/10 location and cleanliness 9/10 comfort.. Just wish it had a kettle atleast that dorm guests could use.

Budget accommodation in great location for BST Hyde Park concerts and very close to Paddington Station and tube. Also lots of restaurants and shops within a short walk.
Was irritated to arrive at premises and find a note on the door saying I had to check in at another hotel a short walk away first. However, staff there were very friendly and someone escorted me back to Atlas Studios after checking in. Room clean and nice to have a kitchenette. Also a fan, which was essential as it was during the heatwave. However, there was no TV in the room despite the Facilities section on Atlas Studios website saying 'TV in Room'. I would not have booked here if I had known there was no TV, so this was very disappointing.

I stayed at Cosmos Capsule Coworking London again, for the second time, and had a pleasant experience overall like I had during my first visit. This capsule hotel offers a unique blend of accommodation and coworking space at an affordable price. Located on Hanbury Street, just an 11-minute walk from Aldgate East station, its central location makes it accessible. Just outside the hotel, at 67 Hanbury Street, is Chaii Town, a charming Chai and Coffee shop that I highly recommend. They offer a great variety of Chai flavors and pastries. I tried their Ginger Chai and Chai Latte, both of which were delicious. Their exotic pastries, like Dubai Cookies and Matcha Cookies, pair perfectly with the aromatic Chai. The owner was wonderful, and the hospitality was exceptional.
The capsules are well-designed and functional, featuring ambient lighting with customizable colors—blue, pink, green, yellow, or white. Each capsule also includes a TV screen and headphones, though I didn’t use them during my stay. The capsules are not soundproof, so a good night’s rest depends on the courtesy of fellow guests. Fortunately, everyone during my stay were considerate, and I slept well. Earbuds are provided in the capsule just in case.
The shared spaces, including the showers and toilets, were very clean. The shared kitchen area includes essentials like a sink, microwave, kettle, tea, and cups. One standout feature is the massage chair in the common area, which offers a good massage after a long day. There’s no traditional reception desk; instead, check-in is automated via a WhatsApp message or email with an access code. This code grants entry to the building and a small box containing your key card.
While the shared spaces were immaculate, the capsules could use a bit more attention. I noticed hairs from previous guests on the blanket. Overall, Cosmos Capsule Coworking London is a good option for budget-conscious travelers who need a comfortable place to stay and work.
