"At a price of more than 100 dollars, it is quite cost-effective to live in this location. You can't compare the conditions of a hotel with a price of 400 dollars. The guy at the front desk of the hotel was very nice. He said that it was only a five-minute walk to the beach and told me the way to the supermarket, etc. He was very warm and considerate. The only drawback was that the noise was a bit loud, haha, I hope the boss's business is prosperous and he can replace the sealed windows and the air conditioner when he has money."

Allowed an hour early check-in since our flight got in early and the room was cleaned. Very simple and very clean room. Perfect location on Ocean Drive South Beach. Able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Review for Park Royal Miami Beach I had a wonderful stay at Park Royal Miami Beach. The hotel was clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job with daily cleaning and towel replacement, which I greatly appreciated. The pool is nice and well-maintained, but it operates only from 8 AM to 8 PM. It would be great if the hours could be extended for guests who want to relax in the pool later in the evening. A big thank you for providing beach chairs for guests—this made our beach days so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the great service!

The location is excellent! Bed and pillows are comfortable. The service responded in chat quickly and always. Extended the check-out until 14:00. The only thing that was uncomfortable was a noisy air conditioner. It had to turn off the night and it was a little hot to sleep. The noise isolation is weak as in all hotels in America. Thanks to the neighbors, they were quiet. There is a kitchen, clean, you can use a large refrigerator. Everything is convenient. Near the hotel is Spain Street with stunning restaurants. Bus stops in 5 minutes walk. Beach 2 minutes. Beach towels are issued.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The hotel is very friendly and helpful, but it does not give you any risks related to open parking or vandalism. A two-minute walk free bus stop to reach the south beach is also a big plus .... Thank you for everything.
