DDeehanSuperb facilities and location. Rooms exceptional and housekeeping staff great! A workforce (and teams) of two halves - some friendly and helpful, others rude and dismissive of guests - equally felt as if some staff were working harder than others and a lot of ‘standing around’ by the work shy crew members pretending to be busy doing very little. Could be an amazing experience if service (and staff training) was consistent.

GGuest UserI would totally recommend this hotel , it’s fresh the location is great the staff all friendly pool was lovely beach was lovely drinks are great but expensive and that goes for food too great but expensive. The breakfast range is outstanding but again pricey.
My only gripe was the extra $18 dollars a day per person which we were not told about for using the facilities? And we lost a whole day and night due to our flights being cancelled and they didn’t want to give any refund and wanted to still charge us the $18 dollars per person for the day we were not even there. We did argue this they took it off but refused to refund the night stay for 2 rooms was $500 so a considerable amount to be out of pocket.
But if this hadn’t have happened we would not have any complaints.

GGuest UserService at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again. Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)!

Yyuna82We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm. It was great that there were refillable bottles in the room and water could be refilled anywhere in the hotel! It's more eco-friendly than plastic bottles. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite, which was a great choice! Our family of four had plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate shower and chair. The amenities also had a nice scent.
It was easily accessible from the airport, and we arrived in about 15 minutes by Uber for about 3,500 yen!
From our room, we could see the neighboring tower apartment building and the beach.

JJINGQIANGAt the beach in central Miami, the beach is at the doorstep. The shape is a 50s and 60s building, and the interior is a modern style that has just been renovated. It is very comfortable to live in, and there are fewer restaurants around.

GGuest UserThe room was adequate but not luxurious. The staff was polite. The location is good and quiet at night. There are trolley stops on both corners (Collins and Indian Creek) that allow you to travel around the island for free. There's a large supermarket (Publix) less than 10 blocks away. A Starbucks is just around the corner. However, the beach resort service was not honored. For half of our stay, they told us it was no longer available, which makes no sense because it's a contracted service that depended on a hotel located eight blocks away and is part of the same hotel group. This is stated on their website and in the terms and conditions agreed upon through the app. Breakfast is another area that needs improvement... they always served the same thing with few healthy options (scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, roasted potatoes, bread, and either a mandarin orange or orange). In short, it's an affordable hotel with a good location, but it doesn't deliver on its promises and the breakfast is quite poor.

CCHUNZHIWe booked a room with a sea view, and paid the fee in advance. Afterwards, the waiter arranged a sea view room with a front balcony facing the sea on the third floor. Although it is facing the sea, it is the lowest floor of the hotel because of the low floor Rooms, and a platform, you can't see all the sea on the balcony. It is the worst room with a sea view. After you check in, you will find a front desk clerk to request a high-rise room of the same type, but the front desk clerk will not change it. , Said no, the high-rise only has side view of the sea, which is different from the booked room. We do not agree. After many communications, we adjusted to a front. Although the sea can be seen, the windows cannot be opened. A room on the 15th floor with a side balcony. Although the room is large, it is very old and has been upgraded for us. We do not need to upgrade the large room, we only need to have a balcony room with sea view according to the booking conditions. The waiter means no, because the fee has been paid in advance and cannot be refunded. It is night, and there is no other way. This large room without a front balcony has a sea view and does not match the booking conditions. I feel very uncomfortable! Communication is difficult due to the lack of language, as if cheated! We ca n’t understand that such a large hotel has a total of 16 floors and many sea-view rooms. It is estimated that there are nearly 60 same rooms, but we will arrange the worst room for you. If you want to change it, there is no, anyway. The money has already been paid, and it will not be refunded to you. I can't live with it. I can't understand it. It is recommended that domestic guests do not book this hotel.
