"Great location. In walking distance from South Beach (2 blocks). Close enough to the beach but far enough not to hear the evening / night life which can be loud. Hotel is lovely and clean with very welcoming polite staff. ready to help. Only thing is the swimming pool isn't vey inviting. It's a very very small pool for the size of the hotel. You also have to walk through the bar/restaurant of the hotel to access it. There were quite a lot of people having drinks around the pool when we went, which made it even less attractive. It's more a feature rather than something you use. Overall great stay."

FolusoMy wife and I stayed at Esmé Miami Beach for a night in mid-May, right after our cruise, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The location is a real strength: firmly in South Beach, close enough to soak up the energy of Miami Beach yet tucked away enough to feel relaxed. Access to the beach is effortless (about 6 minutes), and the complimentary beach beds were a genuinely welcome touch. They also kindly offered us complimentary early check-in, which — coming straight off the ship — made all the difference in starting the stay smoothly.
The hotel has character. It's tastefully designed with a stylish latin boutique feel — warm, elegant, and far more personal than a standard property. The rooftop pool was a particular highlight: well laid out and a lovely spot to unwind. Throughout our stay, the staff were attentive, friendly, and consistently welcoming.
Española Way, just steps behind the hotel, offers a good spread of restaurants and cafés — easy to step out for dinner, drinks, or a casual evening stroll without ever needing to drive.
Overall, we loved our stay and would happily recommend it

Room clean but very small. Friendly service.
As people over 70, we did not feel at ease.
On the first day, there was a pool party at the swimming pool, and we didn't feel inclined to go to the pool. (Saturday)
On the day of departure, Sunday, we were able to use the pool after checking out. However, 80% of the sunbeds by the pool were reserved.
The music volume is between 80 and 118 decibels.
Around 10:30 PM, there was also a noise disturbance.
Something was done about this after a phone call.
In short: Nice place for young people, but they won't see me here again…

The lobby is freezing cold. The staffs are friendly. The check-in wait time was about 20 minutes because there was only one front desk staff and the group before us spent too much time.
The room is decent and clean. Love the balcony and direct access to the beach. The pool is kinda small, but they have two pools.

Honestly, the Ritz-Carlton rarely disappoints, and this stay perfectly met my expectations for a South Beach getaway. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, especially the fruit selection which was abundant and unique. My only minor regret was the absence of a salad option, which felt a bit odd for someone used to having vegetables for breakfast. While the staff kindly brought me some avocado and tomato, it still felt like I was missing out on some Vitamin C. I'm not sure if it's a Southern thing to treat fruit as a vegetable, but the lack of salad was a bit surprising. What truly delighted me was finding out that the lobby featured Krigler, a perfume brand Audrey Hepburn loved. As a big fan of hers, I didn't hesitate to purchase a bottle.

Couldn't find the beach bar where it should be. 5 dollar bottle of water that is in your room. Small rooms, you couldn't open a suitcase. Don't use the valet, it's a big scam. You can park 5 minutes walk away for 20 dollars a day.

Location is perfect. The bathroom was great and clean
Price is high, the AC was freezing cold and yet there is no real blanket. The curtains are not light proof and there are no shelves clise to the bed.
Overall recommended!

Very good resort hotel, the capsule coffee in the room is very good, impressed by the coffee star. The service staff at the entrance of the hotel is also super extra points. Every time I go in and out, I always greet you warmly to find various topics and talk to you. I feel at home.

yuna82We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm. It was great that there were refillable bottles in the room and water could be refilled anywhere in the hotel! It's more eco-friendly than plastic bottles. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite, which was a great choice! Our family of four had plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate shower and chair. The amenities also had a nice scent.
It was easily accessible from the airport, and we arrived in about 15 minutes by Uber for about 3,500 yen!
From our room, we could see the neighboring tower apartment building and the beach.
