DDeehanSuperb facilities and location. Rooms exceptional and housekeeping staff great! A workforce (and teams) of two halves - some friendly and helpful, others rude and dismissive of guests - equally felt as if some staff were working harder than others and a lot of ‘standing around’ by the work shy crew members pretending to be busy doing very little. Could be an amazing experience if service (and staff training) was consistent.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment and facilities are more like a business hotel, not suitable for vacation. The front desk is very small. Although there is a terrace swimming pool, the lounge chairs look very dirty. The front desk was very serious when checking in, and there was no sense of relaxation. The scenery outside the window is average, and you can see a little sea from a distance. The hotel soundproofing is average, and you can hear people talking and watching TV in the next room. The hotel is not cleaned thoroughly, and there is a half-bottle of juice left in the refrigerator.
The advantage is that the hotel has a happy hour every afternoon where you can drink for free, and the front desk has a long-term supply of lemonade.
In addition, there is not a shuttle bus to the beach every day, only from Thursday to Sunday, so you have to take a taxi to the beach. It is close to Lincoln Road, within walking distance, convenient for shopping, and opposite is Trader Joe's for buying water and snacks.

AAnonymous UserVery close to the exhibition hall, nothing except this. The whole room was damp and smelly, and the quilt was a blanket. If it weren't for the lack of anything else during the exhibition, I would definitely not live here. The advantage is that there is a kitchen for making breakfast by yourself.

GGagnonHotel is dated, old and dirty. Pool was not clean and hot tub blocked off and broken. Elevators are confusing and wait times can be 5+ minutes. Beautiful views from ocean rooms. Please renovate this great location.

CCfranxotEl departamento era muy cómodo, es chico pero practico. Una cocina amplia y esta bastante equipado para unos días. Tiene salida a la playa y te dan toallas, sillas y sombrillas para eso. La ubicación esta muy buena sobre todo si tenes auto. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito con valet.
