The best choice with perfect services. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel was new and very comfortable hotel with so nice interior and exterior. It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I want to say them thank you so much again. See you soon in beautiful Santiago de Chile again 🇨🇱💕👍👍

The hotel is in a good location, next to Guangzhou Restaurant (opened by foreigners, the rice is very salty, but the lamb chop rice is good) and Yuanqiwu (opened by Chinese, the noodles are good, the skewers are good), it is also convenient to go to the supermarket, the hotel breakfast is good in San Diego, very neutral and nothing special, the only bad thing is of course all the bad things about Ctrip hotels overseas, that is, they are stupidly familiar, the price will increase, it's outrageous... The hotel has a great location; the neighborhood is quite safe, close to subway and bus stops, and there are many cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The room wasn't large, the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the hot water took a long time to heat up in the shower, but everything else was fine.

Breakfast is great, staff very helpful, warm shower. I had a good stay. The downside is more the walls that are thin so you can heat what’s happen in the hotel…

Breakfast is very good, all kinds of, but all Western food, there are some fruit canned things in the morning to choose from. Good location, it is more convenient to go outside, Uber is on call

my personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick. It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.

Old hotel. Some of the amenities need an updating. Rooms are spacious but acoustics is very bad. You can hear everything going on in the hallway, sometimes too early in the morning.

The room and hotel were very clean, and the Providencia neighborhood was a great place to stay. The hotel is close to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping, and it felt very safe. The staff were extremely helpful, and the WiFi were amazing. Also, the bed was super comfy.In the room there was an air conditioner that was old and huge and very loud. I couldnt sleep half the time and that is not what you expect from a $150 a night hotel. I will not be going back ever again.

Nice and elegant hotel. Excellent location. Personnel is quite friendly (don Hugo at reception, for example). Rooms and climatization is excellent. I have recommended this hotel to several of my friends. One minor thing that I think should be improved: The cards system used to open the room's lock needs to be fixed. I had to go to reception several times to have them replaced or reprogrammed.
