Providencia Hotels with Gym

The hotel is not bad, it is located in 30-40 minutes walk from the historic center and 5 minutes walk from the metro. Good view from the window to the Andes. The staff is not very welcome and cheerful, but it has not prevented our rest. Unfortunately, there is no teapot in the room, only a coffee machine with 2 capsules for 2 days per 2 days. And a glass bottle of water, as if it were poured out of the crane.

The hotel is in a good location, next to Guangzhou Restaurant (opened by foreigners, the rice is very salty, but the lamb chop rice is good) and Yuanqiwu (opened by Chinese, the noodles are good, the skewers are good), it is also convenient to go to the supermarket, the hotel breakfast is good in San Diego, very neutral and nothing special, the only bad thing is of course all the bad things about Ctrip hotels overseas, that is, they are stupidly familiar, the price will increase, it's outrageous... Breakfast is very good, all kinds of, but all Western food, there are some fruit canned things in the morning to choose from. Good location, it is more convenient to go outside, Uber is on call

Simple buffet, the same for three days! Don't have expectations! I live in 409, two big beds. There is a large balcony on the top floor. The three floors are in the decoration, and the taste is great! At the time of check-in, the lady gave me a room in the decoration area. I went downstairs to change the room and gave it to a big room! I said she is coming! It’s not like it! Monsters are not so blind! I will understand it at a glance! Convenient transportation, many around eating, drinking, buying and buying. From the two stations of the ”International Trade Phase III Building”, there is a big Mall where everything is there! I am willing to recommend this hotel! Other rooms don't seem to be big for me.

This is a story of 2 parts over 2 stays 11 days apart. The first stay was pretty good, we had a room on the 17th floor where the views were amazing The room was large and clean. The shower is a plastic insert and very slippery when wet. The shower head was large but a lot of the holes were blocked, but effective enough. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was OK. We had lunch there as part of a group and it was very poor. The steak was like rubber. The bed was very firm and very high off the ground. So overall this stay was pretty good. However stay No2 came along. This time the room was on the 3rd floor so views of air conditioning units were in your face, but not a problem. This time there were 2 significant issues. The floor was very dirty, feet ended up black after a shower. The second issue is that the room was located in the foyer next to the elevators. All night there was loud music which penetrated our room making sleeping difficult. We rang the night manager but he could do nothing about it as he did not know where the on/off switch was. Make sure you do not book any room around the elevator foyers.

Old hotel. Some of the amenities need an updating. Rooms are spacious but acoustics is very bad. You can hear everything going on in the hallway, sometimes too early in the morning.

The room and hotel were very clean, and the Providencia neighborhood was a great place to stay. The hotel is close to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping, and it felt very safe. The staff were extremely helpful, and the WiFi were amazing. Also, the bed was super comfy.In the room there was an air conditioner that was old and huge and very loud. I couldnt sleep half the time and that is not what you expect from a $150 a night hotel. I will not be going back ever again.

The surrounding restaurants are also very good, there are many, there are Chinese food, fast food, and very special local food.

Excellent hotel, with a pool and sauna that we were able to enjoy comfortably, and a truly four-star room. The views are also beautiful, and the location is unbeatable.
