YYUCHENIt’s easy to find in a dead alley, and there is a wall outside that shows how to get to this one.
The kitchen is quite complete, the bathroom equipment is also very clean, the cleaning staff is very serious
The public space is also large and it is very relaxing to sit

MMarcelomy personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times
aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick.
It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, next to Guangzhou Restaurant (opened by foreigners, the rice is very salty, but the lamb chop rice is good) and Yuanqiwu (opened by Chinese, the noodles are good, the skewers are good), it is also convenient to go to the supermarket, the hotel breakfast is good in San Diego, very neutral and nothing special, the only bad thing is of course all the bad things about Ctrip hotels overseas, that is, they are stupidly familiar, the price will increase, it's outrageous... If you want to know more, please leave a message, the rooftop swimming pool is very small, I don't know how often the water is changed, I didn't dare to go down

DdisasterEXEMy wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to.
The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once.
The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was impeccable. All the staff were very nice and friendly, and the view was fantastic. However, the accommodations were undeniably old and worn. The shower was fixed, and the soundproofing wasn't great. The breakfast was also rather simple, consisting of only bread. Other than that, the location was excellent, as it was close to the airport.

GGuest UserThe rooms seemed extremely small to me. It was difficult to move around, even within the room itself. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. We had to request one at reception, and they ”lent” us one after we left a deposit. It's unheard of that you have to ask to borrow a hairdryer in a hotel. Also, in the booking instructions, we requested a room far from the elevator, but they put us right in front of it. I inquired about this as soon as I arrived, and they lied to me, saying we were far away. I pointed this out to them because, while I understand they might not have enough rooms, guests are bound to have a bad impression of the place if they lie about such unnecessary things. Furthermore, I don't think the staff did their job well. They should be more attentive. There was shouting in the hallway, and it was really difficult for us to get the rest we needed. The top bunk was very uncomfortable. There were three of us, and they only gave us two towels.
