We drove there ourselves, and in the morning as we were about to set off, we received a call from the hotel asking about our travel plans, sending us the location, and reminding us to call when we were close. We ended up calling late and took a wrong turn, but they guided us back to the surface parking lot. We then waited for a staff member to pick us up. After buying tickets and entering the scenic area, we spotted the hotel right by the big Sophora tree, very easy to find. The hotel is located by the river, with a tranquil environment and a very clean courtyard, perfect for photos. The room was also spotlessly clean with no strange odors. There's an intelligent AI assistant in the room, which is very convenient. If I come to Hongcun again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

GGuest UserThe whole family travels together, the transportation is very convenient, the navigation is direct, and it is easy to find! I took my parents and Zai Zai with me. The boss was very enthusiastic and introduced the nearby attractions. Since I was bringing Zai Zai, he also introduced which attractions were suitable for Zai Zai. It is only 10 minutes away from Hongcun and it is really convenient. The accommodation and bedding are very comfortable. Yes, the staff are like family members, and the service is attentive. The food we eat is all grown at home, clean and well-prepared. Because we have Zaizai, the meals are prepared with less oil and less salt, which is great! Thank you. I will come again next time!

The hotel arranged our transfer from the train station seamlessly, and even helped us figure out the best way to reach our next destination. Every question we had, every small need — they were always there, smiling and ready to help.
The breakfasts were one of the highlights: homemade, authentic, and absolutely delicious. You can feel the love and care in every dish. The owner of the hotel and the entire staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly proud of what they do — and it shows.
Staying at Hongcun Nanhu View Garden was not just accommodation; it was an experience. Peaceful views, beautiful traditional architecture, and a team that goes above and beyond. We couldn’t recommend this place more.

AAnonymous UserTo be honest, I don't like staying in B&Bs. Most B&Bs are not very grand. They are just for making quick money, but they don't provide any service. The employees are usually just friends or relatives, or they are from the same village, so there is no service to speak of. I would like to talk about my feelings about staying in this hotel. I won’t talk about the accommodation environment for now. Holiday economy housing is definitely expensive. We took a shower first after we moved in. Because the B&B didn’t provide laundry detergent or something like that, I used shower gel to wash my clothes. After washing, I found that there were not enough bathing supplies, so I contacted the B&B to send a set. They replied that the toiletries we were equipped with were more expensive, so they only gave us one set. They said that if we needed more, we could only get toiletries of another brand. I suddenly felt uncomfortable. The accommodation fee was more than 1,000 yuan a night, and I didn’t know how expensive this set of toiletries was? Four small bottles of Evian water were provided, and we didn't feel comfortable asking for more after we finished them. What I want to say is that your service concept and the fees you charge don't match, because I have stayed in countless hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered such a thing. Secondly, the breakfast is very simple. Among the four side dishes, only the pickled vegetables were bought and the only one that was freshly made was the fried tofu. Also, I heard a guest wanted to ask the management for some fruit, but you refused. As a guest, it took her courage to ask you for something. Is there something wrong with your management model and business model? I wanted it to be high-end, but the service was not up to par. I'm so embarrassed that I really want to get it off my chest.

3300430****After a five-hour climb up Huangshan, my bones and muscles were thoroughly worn out. Checking into this place that evening, I soaked in the tub and felt utterly refreshed.
The owner clearly spent millions on the decor. The room was clean, minimalist, and stylish, with a balcony offering direct views of the ancient village rooftops. Every detail was designed for relaxation.
The owner, a local from Hongcun, was incredibly warm, like an old friend. He personally drove me to the paragliding launch point on his electric scooter and was right there to pick me up when I finished.
This isn't just a place to stay for a night; it's like encountering genuine kindness amidst the mountains and rivers. I highly recommend it to anyone who's just climbed Huangshan and wants to let their body and mind slow down.

IISWEARlanlanThe location is great. It's in a quiet alley in the bustling street outside Hongcun Village. Diagonally across the road is the entrance to Hongcun. It's a great location.
It's not far from the bus transfer station. It takes less than ten minutes. Buses to Huangshan South Gate, Xidi and Nanping are very convenient.
Antique little yard, very cost-effective.
The boss also has a Wheatfield Coffee, which is a unique place where you can drink coffee and relax in the sun. The coffee shop also has a little stray dog that was taken in by the owner. His left eye is broken. I hope that the puppy will thrive under the loving care of the owner and the store staff. When I come next year, I hope the puppy will still be there❤️

The decoration was very new, as if it had just opened. The hotel environment was very comfortable. There were pigeons in the yard, and those who like small animals can pet the cats and dogs. Great Sound - Singing Bowl Therapy. I had only heard about it before, but this time I experienced it myself. What can I say? It's just comfortable, a kind of comfort that can only be felt but not expressed in words. The therapist said that everyone's feelings are different. There is also a glass room studio in the hotel where you can paint. Anyway, it was a very fulfilling stay experience. The most important butler service is very thoughtful, and I would like to commend it here.
