Guest UserThis guesthouse is located right inside the scenic area, making it super convenient for resting after an evening stroll. The decor is charmingly traditional, perfectly complementing the Huizhou architectural style. The guesthouse itself feels like an integral part of the scenic area, featuring a garden restaurant and a coffee bar where you can even pet cats. The owner is fantastic, offering luggage pickup and drop-off services right from the bus station. It's a highly recommended place to stay.

Guest UserAbout a 25-minute drive from Yixian East Station, passing through a field of golden rice paddies, the hotel is located at the far end, comprised of several traditional Hui-style buildings, exuding local charm.
The facilities and cleanliness were commensurate with the price; it was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during this trip. The room was spotless and odor-free, with basic smart technology, and the service was highly professional, paying attention to every detail. The extra surprises were also just right, allowing me to completely enjoy my stay.
Behind the hotel is a small village, quiet and beautiful, perfect for a leisurely stroll and appreciating the architectural and cultural beauty.
The only thing that needs adjustment is the breakfast; it's basically the same every day, so you need to put in a little more effort.
The complimentary Shouzhuo Garden is definitely worth a visit; it's not crowded, and several spots offer great photo opportunities.

The service is really attentive ❤️. Before staying at the hotel, the housekeeper will come in advance and add WeChat to set up a WeChat service group, inform the location, and come to greet you. When delivering, he also gave you a souvenir handmade in the store. The children and elders all enjoyed their stay. We could see the starry sky in our room at night. The children were very surprised and kept asking if they could continue to stay here tomorrow? ! The room is consistent with the picture of the reservation. The special mountain spring water and welcome dinner in the store are very considerate. The breakfast is also 10 kinds of which are very balanced and rich. The welcome dog Wangzai is very cute. He greets and sees off guests, and the overall impression is wonderful. Very good impression. I will stay here again next time I come to Hongcun.

Wonderful and quiet inn at the heart of ancient Xidi village. The owner was incredibly helpful and charming and made sure I was well looked after. The room was excellent. They only offer disposable towels. So I suggest you bring your own towel.
Xidi village itself is fantastic. Full of art students during the day but peaceful at night. It is a maze of narrow streets. A very friendly and welcoming place. The local post office is full of lovely manga postcards left by the art students.

Families, when you come to Hongcun, you must stay at Heyi Academy of Fine Arts! I did a lot of research before this trip and finally chose this B&B. It turns out that I had a great vision!
As soon as you enter the B&B, it feels like you have stepped into a beautiful ink painting. The quaint Hui-style buildings, the well-arranged horse-head walls, the lotus pond and the bluestone pavement in the courtyard complement each other, and every corner is full of poetry. In the evening, the lights come on, accompanied by soothing music, the atmosphere is immediately maximized, making people can't help but slow down and enjoy the tranquility.
The room was a pleasant surprise to me. I stayed in a LOFT room, which was spacious and had a warm and natural wooden-style decoration. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. Smart makeup mirror, quality bathroom, every detail shows the attentiveness. Especially the famous paintings and calligraphy hanging in the room, which create a strong artistic atmosphere, as if you are in a palace of art.
The service at the B&B is impeccable. From the warm reception at the front desk to the thoughtful luggage storage and airport pick-up services, I felt fully cared for. We also gave away tickets to the Qiyun Mountain Scenic Area and souvenirs, which was very cost-effective! There are also many delicious restaurants and teahouses nearby. If you are tired of sightseeing, you can also taste the local specialties here, which is very relaxing.
Living in Heyi Academy of Fine Arts is not only an accommodation experience, but also a journey of spiritual relaxation. Here, I am away from the hustle and bustle of the city and immersed in the tranquility and beauty of Hongcun. I highly recommend it to every friend who comes to Hongcun. I believe you will fall in love with this place like me!

This time the two families traveled together, I was really satisfied with choosing this homestay!
The room type is very large, the two families are particularly spacious and comfortable, and the activities are unbound. The location of the homestay is particularly good, very close to Bishan, the boss provides a battery car for free, and it can be reached directly after a few minutes of riding. It is especially convenient to travel and play. If you want to come to the season of rapeseed flowers, the scenery here will definitely be more beautiful.
The boss is super craftsmanship, the home-cooked dishes taste authentic and delicious, light and mouthful, fresh ingredients, and especially at ease. The room is also equipped with a mahjong machine, you can relax together in your leisure time at night, and the atmosphere is full.
There is also a super cute puppy called QQ in the store, docile and loved ones, adding a lot of healing little fun.
The fly in the ointment is that the quality of the bedding is ordinary, the fabric is rough, and the sensitive muscles will be a little itchy when sleeping.
Setting aside this small flaw, the overall price is super high, the boss is warm and kind, the service is intimate, whether it is a short trip or a holiday together, it is very suitable, very recommended!

jasmineCCBefore checking into Banyan Tree Huangshan, my expectations were really high, but I ended up quite disappointed. Let me start with the positives: 1. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, quite decent for a star-rated hotel. The fresh juices were squeezed on demand, and the fruit quality was excellent. Most importantly, the staff were very efficient at clearing tables and setting up, so there was never any waiting for a seat, everyone could get seated promptly. 2. The service throughout our stay was fantastic. Everyone was very attentive and patiently listened to guest feedback and suggestions, making adjustments proactively. The downsides, however, were quite noticeable: 1. The hardware is terrible and doesn't match the price point at all. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy and just barely passable. The bathroom was particularly bad; I've never encountered such poor bathroom facilities, especially not in a five-star hotel. The shower pressure was very weak, and so was the water flow from the bathtub faucet. The toilet height was incredibly uncomfortable; even for someone of my 175cm height, it was awkward to use. Plus, the quality was poor, and due to the bad glaze, flushing was a hassle. The central air conditioning in the lobby was practically useless. Walking into the hotel lobby, it felt only a few degrees cooler than outside. We didn't want to spend any time in the public areas; with outdoor temperatures at 37 degrees Celsius, the heat in the lobby was unbearable. 2. The hotel's main selling point is its 'getaway' style, and while the environment is indeed deep in a valley, quiet and secluded, it lacks the simple recreational facilities that would make guests want to stay. I went to the pool table three times and couldn't play because there was always a queue. Besides that, there weren't many other good leisure activities. For example, the coffee and tea area wasn't appealing because the public area AC was too high, making it uncomfortable, and the cafe environment itself didn't match the price of the hotel, falling far short of many five-star hotels in scenic areas. Although the hotel advertised iron-flower performances, they were only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and we perfectly missed them during our two-day stay. In summary, the hotel's promotional pictures are very attractive, but the reality is quite different. If you're just looking for a secluded getaway, it can meet that need. For everything else, there's a lot of room for improvement.

Location: The location is at the west gate of the scenic spot. It takes three minutes to walk to the scenic spot. There is a supermarket at the door, as well as a burger shop and a noodle shop.
Service: We came from Huangshan Scenic Area, so we called the boss in advance. The boss helped me arrange a carpool, thirty-one people, and the car was delivered to the Ximen parking lot. After arriving, the boss arranged for a boy to ride a sightseeing car to pick us up. Let's go When the time came, the little brother also sent us to the carpooling point, and the service was perfect.
Decoration: Very charming, with a tea room, the room is very good, fully intelligent, the bedding is good, and the mattress is from Jin Koer.
Overall: Warm service, highly recommended

I stayed in Hongcun for two nights, and this hostel was the most gentle haven amidst the misty rain.
The plum rain season washed every leaf until it glistened, and the air was filled with the fresh scent of earth and grass. I stayed in a wooden cabin, and the rain pattered on the eaves all night, a simple white noise from nature. Falling asleep to the sound of rain felt like returning to childhood, a long-lost tranquility.
In the evening, the owner played and sang folk songs for us on the ukulele, their melodies blending into the sound of the rain. Outside, a fine drizzle wove through the air; inside, the lights were dim and warm. I held a cup of hot milk tea in my hands (it was made with real milk, rich and sweet, not a perfunctory powder mix – truly delicious 😋). A small cat sat under the eaves listening to the rain, while I worked on crafts, the rustle of needle and thread accompanying the lingering music. Rain, hot milk tea, folk songs, a little cat, and handmade crafts – these beautiful words layered together unexpectedly created a nearly luxurious stretch of time.
Even luckier, I met several pure-hearted girls here. The plum rain didn't trap us; instead, it brought us together. We chatted, shared stories, and exchanged smiles. Though we were strangers meeting by chance, we shared a brief and wonderful time.
Scenery tends to fade, and photos will yellow, but those moments filled with warmth will not disappear. They settle deep in our memories, resurfacing suddenly on a weary evening in the future, reminding you: this world is worth repeatedly venturing into.
Travel isn't about escaping life, but about making life broader. To encounter mountains, rivers, and seas; to meet gentle people; to meet the light and authentic self hidden by daily routines.
Resting by the water, listening to the misty rain,
Dreaming of Huizhou.

Guest UserBring your parents to travel to Huangshan City, and choose to stay in Hongcun scenic spot for easy access to scenic spots!
Location: Xishu is close to the entrance of the scenic spot, but it is quiet in the mind. It is very quiet to sleep at night without noise!
Environment: Hui-style architecture, a lot of lush vegetation, a very unique courtyard, and a good environment!
Facilities: The room facilities are quite complete, there is an electronic toilet, a bathtub, and a disposable bathtub bag. It is very clean and tidy. The bed is moderately soft and comfortable, and there is a free costume experience!
Service: The boss is very enthusiastic. It happened to rain when we arrived at the parking lot outside the scenic spot on the day of check-in. The boss came to pick us up in the rain and sent special snacks to the hotel. It was delicious! He also took the initiative to help us upgrade to a large room, which was very considerate. It was a very pleasant and comfortable accommodation experience!
