The owner is fantastic, offering luggage pickup and drop-off services right from the bus station. It's a highly recommended place to stay.

Tachuan's autumn was made even more beautiful by this guesthouse. I searched on Ctrip for a long time, worried about hygiene issues, but this guesthouse really paid attention to details and was very clean. The moment I opened the door, the automatic welcoming ceremony from 'Xiao Ai' (smart speaker) was very touching. It's right at the entrance of Hongcun and the price is excellent value for money. The proprietress is very kind, and the young man who checked me in, Manager Xiao Wang, was extremely helpful with excellent service. From picking me up at the station to helping me find a car for my travels, he saved me the anxiety and exhaustion of not having a car in Hongcun. The prices were also reasonable. Anyone worried about drivers getting upset in Hongcun can completely entrust their needs to him. At the village entrance, he even used a small electric cart to help with my luggage. There are Hello e-bikes nearby, so you can go to Lucun early in the morning to watch the sunrise. Thank you for providing such a 'utopia' after my busy work. The hygiene was indeed top-notch!

The room decor was really unique and charming. The service was thoughtful and impeccable. When we arrived, they even sent a dedicated driver to pick us up, and he was super nice and friendly. He was very careful when helping us with our luggage. The owners, a couple, were lovely and enthusiastic, giving us great tips on scenic routes and good places to eat. We really appreciate it! The best part is that you step right out into the beautiful Moon Pond, which is unforgettable. All in all, this trip was definitely worth it and highly recommended.

The room and the entire guesthouse were quite tastefully decorated. However, the soundproofing in the room was poor, and the duvet made a lot of noise. The lighting in the room was also quite dim. For us, with someone who has poor eyesight, this dim lighting was a bit inconvenient. For most people, it probably wouldn't be an issue. Also, personally, I'm not a fan of smart toilets. I don't know why hotels are all installing them now; it's quite annoying. It feels like hotel prices in the Hongcun area are generally inflated. A 500-600 yuan hotel is probably only worth around 400 yuan. Breakfast was served as a set meal, not a buffet, which meant the food wasn't very warm. Overall, the breakfast items weren't very tasty and the quality wasn't high. The soy milk was also very watery.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was lightning fast, and they even thoughtfully recommended some fun places to visit nearby. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all nutritious and delicious. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The service was very friendly, with a friendly lady helping to take our luggage to and from the parking lot. The lake-view room we booked had a view of the Moon Pond, and from the third-floor terrace, we could see the rooftops of Hongcun Village and the Moon Pond. It was very close to the Moon Pond, about a 100-meter walk. My family was also very satisfied.

The room was also very clean and tidy, making for a really comfortable stay. The location is the absolute best part! It's right next to the entrance of Hongcun, so getting to any attraction is super convenient. You don't have to walk far at all, which saved us so much time~ The breakfast was also very thoughtfully prepared, homely and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Hongcun. Highly recommend!

The owner was a bit elusive, communicating entirely through WeChat, but they arranged for someone to pick us up and drop us off. The room was clean and had a small courtyard. It was very close to Moon Pond. We arrived around 6 PM, got settled, and then went out just in time to see the night view of Moon Pond. When we left, the owner took us to the roadside to catch a taxi and even helped us load our luggage into the Didi car.

Traveling with 2 of my friends on a fun girls trip! This was such an amazing location. We went from a sad and boring hotel in Beijing to this fantastic location and suddenly the whole trip was more fun and much more interesting. The host met us at the entrance to Hongcun and carried our luggage in the back of his little vehicle as we followed him around quaint buildings and through a narrow cobblestone walkway which was perfect for walking and pretty impressive to drive thru without scratching anything. After the beautiful walk we came through the most beautiful circle archway and into the cutest courtyard. We rented the room with a queen bed downstairs and 2 full beds up in the loft. The rooms were so cute we had to hide our luggage to do a full video tour to show our families before unpacking. The beds have mattress toppers which helped soften up the beds for us Americans. The host was very helpful and I would suggest getting WeChat to translate if you don’t speak Chinese. I don’t but it was easy to communicate. I would definitely stay at here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is very tranquil, with an Anhui-style ancient town aesthetic. There's a vegetable patch and small animals. Room service and butler service are professional and enthusiastic. During our week-long stay, we watched the hotel's iron flower performance twice, and the kids absolutely loved it. The walnut shortbread left during turndown service was delicious, and my parents enjoyed it. The pool is a bit small, but everything else is excellent.
