GGuest UserI forgot to take pictures, but I still want to leave a review. The room was clean and tidy, and the interior facilities matched the pictures online. The underfloor heating was very comfortable; I even forgot to close the window when I slept, but I didn't feel cold at all... The decor was very pleasant, and the courtyard was also very cozy. Aside from the hot water being a bit inconsistent sometimes, everything else was great... The owner was also very welcoming.
I originally booked it for the 2-meter king-size bed, and it turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise, especially suitable for sleeping with a child.
If I get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay here.

GGuest UserIt's really hard not to love living spaces like this, especially the tatami standard room we booked. It perfectly aligns with the aesthetics and needs of today's young people. Once you're in, you just don't want to leave – it's so comfortable it's intoxicating!
There's no complicated or superfluous design; the entire tatami room is warm and healing. Whether you're snuggling on the soft cushions or lying flat, it's incredibly relaxing. For us young people, the happiest thing in our free time is comfortably lying on the tatami playing with our phones. No need to adjust to the sofa's angle, no need to worry about posture – just be as lazy as you like. Your whole body is in its most relaxed state, and a day's fatigue instantly disappears. This kind of spontaneous joy is truly amazing!
Not only is the living experience top-notch, but the smart features in the room truly impressed me. The voice-controlled design throughout is incredibly convenient, completely freeing your hands. No need to get up to turn lights on/off, open/close curtains, or adjust devices – a simple word does it all. It’s full of technology yet convenient, providing a truly futuristic living experience. The happiness brought by smart living is maximized. Even the fully smart toilet in the bathroom far exceeded expectations, with thoughtful functional design and a comfortable user experience. The attention to detail elevates the sense of quality, making every use exceptionally pleasant.
The most delightful surprise is the rooftop infinity pool and the stunning terrace! Standing on the top floor, the view immediately opens up. The infinity pool combined with the beautiful scenery outside the window makes every photo a masterpiece of ambiance. Whether it's day or evening, it offers a different kind of romance. And the rooftop terrace is a hidden gem for relaxation. Lie back in a rocking chair, gently swaying with your eyes closed. The breeze brushes by, the crisp chirping of birds fills your ears, the faint scent of flowers lingers, and the surrounding greenery and beautiful scenery are all within sight. You don't have to travel far to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature – it's tranquil and therapeutic.
Such a living space perfectly meets all the expectations young people have for comfort, convenience, and beauty. You can enjoy the lazy freedom of being at home while also experiencing the healing beauty of nature. Every moment spent here feels incredibly happy~

The mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The self-service laundry room was incredibly practical. The front desk service was very attentive, paying attention to every detail! The value for money is amazing. It's my top choice for travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

FFionSongWe stayed in the Mountain View Duplex room with two adults and two children. The owner's wife kindly picked up our luggage from the South Gate with a trolley and also helped us take it back there when we left. The service was excellent and very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, and the kids absolutely loved the stairs, running up and down. There's also a pumpkin-shaped lounge chair on the second floor; we didn't have enough time, but it would have been perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while admiring the upturned eaves. The guesthouse is very thoughtfully decorated. The small pavilion is beautiful and even has a fish pond. The location is a bit further back in the village, which makes it very quiet.

GGippiThe property is located in the heart of Hongcun, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the historic village on foot. As guests, you’re also entitled to discounted entrance tickets: just let the ticket office know you're staying here and they'll give you 50% off tickets. Room was exactly as in the photos, spacious, perfectly clean and featured a very comfortable bed and many accessories (bottled water, tv, haircomb, hairdrier, etc). The building’s traditional Chinese architecture was absolutely beautiful and on a rainy day, it created a wonderfully romantic atmosphere we will treasure forever in our memories. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They kindly met us to guide us to the hotel (since Apple Maps and AMaps can be a bit confusing in the area), provided umbrellas free of charge and even bring us back to the parking lot when we left. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Hongcun!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a modern Chinese-style decor, with simple yet elegant rooms, new and smart facilities, clean and comfortable bedding, and a quiet, well-insulated room for a good night's sleep. The hotel's service and management are excellent, combining standardized management with a warm, home-like feel. It's conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the west gate of Hongcun Village and also close to Lucun Village. We got up around 6 am to go to Hongcun, returned to the hotel at 8:30 am for breakfast (a wide variety of options), rested in our room for a while, and then went to Lucun Village – it was incredibly convenient. Upon departure, the hotel gave us Huangshan sesame seed cakes as a souvenir, which touched us deeply and gave us a great start to our journey!

UuuSakuraThe location and service at this Ji Hotel are truly exceptional. It's just a two-minute walk from the bus station; I planned to see the morning mist, and the parking lot across the street was right there; all the good restaurants and places to go to Hongcun are within walking distance; taxis to Xiuli, the county town, Tachuan, and Bishan are very convenient, and there are many buses to Huangshan at night right outside the hotel. I've been incredibly impressed by the hotel's excellent location. The front desk staff were extremely professional. When they saw me with a nosebleed and tissues in my hand, they quickly gave me two tissues – I was so grateful. I hadn't brought a change of clothes, so I asked the hotel to do my laundry late at night, and they readily agreed. I felt very apologetic for making such a request, but I'm incredibly grateful to the young woman on duty that night (I don't know her name), thank you so much! Another incredibly thoughtful touch was the gloves as a souvenir! In the cold southern winter, my fingers were freezing, and wearing the gloves kept me warm and cozy the whole time. Thank you so much!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Hongcun!

To our surprise, the hotel concierge even informed us in advance that we could upgrade to a 200-square-meter villa suite – what a huge, pleasant surprise! Our private car could park directly in front of the villa. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the restaurant, lobby, and other hotel areas, available on-call. Banyan Tree truly sets the standard for hotels; both the hardware and software are top-notch. The service attitude is excellent, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and fresh fruit and pastries are delivered daily. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. At sunset, there are special performances, and you can also enjoy a complimentary travel photography service, with three free photos per room number. From the highest point outside the lobby, you can overlook the Lucun ancient village scenic area, which makes for fantastic photos. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from Hongcun and a 20-minute drive from Xidi. It's also only half an hour from Yixian East Station. This hotel comes highly recommended!
