Upon check-in, each room receives two complimentary adult tickets to Xidi, with each adult ticket allowing one child to enter for free. The tickets are valid for 3 days, meaning a family of two adults and two children staying here can enjoy free entry to the scenic area.
Facilities: The hotel boasts excellent facilities. The bathroom amenities and bedding are of good quality, and the decor has a charming traditional aesthetic. The complimentary items provided, such as the peach wood comb, toiletries, towels, and cotton-linen slippers, are all of high quality. It feels like you're bringing home a lot of lovely souvenirs after just one stay!
Service: The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile and patiently resolving any issues. Breakfast is quite generous, and in the evenings, they even provide complimentary chilled mung bean soup and Bingfen (a local dessert) when you return to your room.
Environment: The hotel is nestled amidst ancient architecture and traditional gardens. Staying here allows you to truly appreciate the distinctive black tiles, white walls, and blue bricks of Huizhou's ancient buildings. I only wish I could have stayed for a few more days!

SsmilysunsunTachuan's autumn was made even more beautiful by this guesthouse. I searched on Ctrip for a long time, worried about hygiene issues, but this guesthouse really paid attention to details and was very clean. The moment I opened the door, the automatic welcoming ceremony from 'Xiao Ai' (smart speaker) was very touching. It's right at the entrance of Hongcun and the price is excellent value for money. The proprietress is very kind, and the young man who checked me in, Manager Xiao Wang, was extremely helpful with excellent service. From picking me up at the station to helping me find a car for my travels, he saved me the anxiety and exhaustion of not having a car in Hongcun. The prices were also reasonable. Anyone worried about drivers getting upset in Hongcun can completely entrust their needs to him. At the village entrance, he even used a small electric cart to help with my luggage. There are Hello e-bikes nearby, so you can go to Lucun early in the morning to watch the sunrise. Thank you for providing such a 'utopia' after my busy work. The hygiene was indeed top-notch!

Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very attentive and quick to assist with any requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with nice views.

I specially arranged a quiet room in the middle, especially the delicious and fresh Anhui dishes. When I know that we have not eaten well, although after the meal, the boss also cooks in person. Let us order as needed, fried and cooked, and we will wait for us to come back for dinner in the evening to wipe out the fatigue of the journey. GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious, and the surrounding environment is also very pleasant. I spent a long time researching before choosing this place; it should be even more beautiful in spring. Plus, there's a study in the attic, which is very elegant.
When we checked in, a female staff member helped us with our luggage. She looked very tired, and our bags were quite heavy. I asked her why a male staff member wasn't helping, and she said they were busy. But then, when we went to check in, we saw two male staff members just standing there (felt bad for the girl!).
The only thing I wasn't happy with was the hotel's curtains. The white sheer curtain was lovely, but the dark curtain was old and lacked quality; it looked like it had been there for many years. Also, the bathroom felt a bit dated and lacked quality.
However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience. All in all, it's a very good guesthouse among those in Huangshan. On New Year's Eve, the guesthouse even prepared a BBQ and fireworks, which was very festive. The female owner is also very beautiful â even as a girl, I found her charming, haha. I hope to come back after the New Year, in spring!
It's also a great spot for photos!

AAnonymous UserThe courtyard has a great design, perfect for taking photos and checking in. However, the downside is that during the day, many tourists pass by and even enter the courtyard to take pictures, making it very noisy. It's almost impossible to get some rest or a quick nap indoors during the day. In contrast, it's very quiet at night, and the ambiance is excellent. The distinctive Huizhou architectural style is prominent, and overall it's quite good. The owner also arranges for an uncle to pick up guests and luggage from the bus station, and their responses are very prompt. Courtyard No. 2 is only a five-minute walk from Yueyao Pond and the Ancestral Temple, making it ideal for early risers to snap photos before the crowds arrive.

GGuest UserThe rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the facilities are excellent. The food is delicious too! Most importantly, the staff are all incredibly nice, warm, and attentive. They helped us with our luggage, and even offered pick-up and drop-off services to and from the scenic area. A special shout-out to the beautiful lady manager â she was super enthusiastic and truly touched our hearts. Oh, and there's also a very cute little black dog! I really hope this wonderful guesthouse continues to thrive. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Hongcun!

GGippiThe property is located in the heart of Hongcun, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the historic village on foot. As guests, youâre also entitled to discounted entrance tickets: just let the ticket office know you're staying here and they'll give you 50% off tickets. Room was exactly as in the photos, spacious, perfectly clean and featured a very comfortable bed and many accessories (bottled water, tv, haircomb, hairdrier, etc). The buildingâs traditional Chinese architecture was absolutely beautiful and on a rainy day, it created a wonderfully romantic atmosphere we will treasure forever in our memories. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They kindly met us to guide us to the hotel (since Apple Maps and AMaps can be a bit confusing in the area), provided umbrellas free of charge and even bring us back to the parking lot when we left. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Hongcun!

Overall, the experience was very comfortable. The Hui-style aesthetic design was very tasteful, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness and environment deserve full marks, and the service and facilities were also excellent.
The only minor drawback was the balcony view, which was just average. However, its proximity to Hongcun makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area, making it ideal for those who want a comfortable stay while also enjoying easy access to Hongcun.

JJiandankuaileaishuishuiMy stay at Banyan Tree Huangshan was fantastic! I booked two packages for the Luyuan King Room and stayed for six days, and every day was a joy. All the staff here were excellent. First, I was assigned a butler named Amy, who provided warm and thoughtful service. She sent me WeChat updates on all the hotel's activities and told me to let her know if I needed anything at any time. It felt very considerate. The environment is also beyond praise; it's very close to Lucun Village, and the views from the balcony and the hotel lobby are simply stunning. It felt like I didn't even need to leave the hotel to experience the beauty of Huizhou. The hotel offers a rich variety of activities, like the fish lantern parade and the close-up experience of iron flower making, which were brilliant. My child also participated in various pastry-making sessions. The chefs were wonderful; we joined three times, and each time thećžć
(master/chef) was great with both kids and adults. The pastries we made were truly delicious. The only downside was the room where we made pastries; it might be too close to the outside, as it was a bit warm. I hope they can improve that. The housekeeping and valet staff were also exceptionally courteous and provided thorough service. All in all, my trip to Banyan Tree Huangshan was absolutely delightful!
