I made an appointment for a travel photo shoot in the hotel (more expensive). I originally wanted to experience the hot spring and booked this hotel, but the chef said that the water in the bathtub in the room was the same as outside, so I soaked in the room. The only flaw is the front desk brother of the restaurant. He made me wait for more than 20 minutes before he started to cook and serve me. Need to call (or weixin) in advance to arrange for a buggy transport into the village, helpful if you have heavy luggage! The service staff are friendly and approachable. They are thoughtful in providing tea souvenir when checking out. What mars the great experience was that on my return, realized to my horror that there is no tea in the Tea-box. So, carried a tea metal box across the ocean for nothing! Did not expect such a service slip for such a top-class hotel.
