Hanting Hotels in Suzhou

My stay at this Hanting hotel was excellent. The hygiene was impeccable. On the first night, I found the bed a bit too soft. I chatted with the front desk, and to my surprise, the lovely lady suggested having housekeeping flip the mattress to make it firmer. The next night, I slept much more comfortably, which I really appreciate! The noodle shop nearby was also delicious. Plus, it's very close to Pingjiang Road.

The room is very new, the sanitation is in place, the wet and dry separation bathroom is practical, the hot water is fast, the water temperature is stable, and there are free mineral water and tea bags. The details are full of care. Sound insulation is very good, can ensure a good quality of sleep, and the room disinfection is in place, you can smell the smell of sunshine when you enter the door. The room aunt cleans even the corners are very clean.

I was quite satisfied. The hotel attendant proactively helped us collect two free breakfasts from the Huazhu Club upon check-in. The room was small, but Hanting's rooms are generally not large, so it felt a bit cramped. The air conditioner was old and blew directly onto the bed. It was extremely hot at night for a while; I wonder if the air conditioner turned itself off. There was only one robot, so room delivery and takeout orders were slow. I recommend upgrading to newer amenities.

It's close to the scenic area, within walking distance, and the new hotel has a great environment and a good experience. The staff are very welcoming. I recommend staying here.

Because it's separated from the commercial area by just one intersection, it's not noisy at all, very quiet in fact. The surrounding environment is also very clean, which is great. Even during the May Day holiday, it wasn't overly crowded, likely due to it being a new hotel and its location. However, getting to attractions was very easy. The hotel itself has a restaurant for breakfast, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. **Service:** The service attitude was excellent, and all services were prompt and efficient. If you needed anything, you could order it directly to your room via the H Hotels app, and the robot delivery for takeout was also very convenient. The staff working in the lobby were very friendly. It would be even better if they could be provided with some休息 areas or seating; constantly walking around the self-check-in area must be tiring. **Overall:** Very good, and excellent value for money. Also, it would be great if there were more options and combinations for the special amenities included when booking a room.
