The first room provided to me was a smoking room and had a cigarette smell. Hence I requested a non-smoking room. The front desk staff were very polite and immediately gave me a non-smoking room. I arrived late and the nearby restaurants had closed.. I have never ordered take away in China as it asks for a local number and I was on a. Australian roaming number. Hence I requested the staff at the front desk to order for me and they very kindly helped me choose the dishes I wanted and ordered on my behalf. This was a very kind act which I will never forget. I thank those girls at the front desk again. On the day of my check out the boy at the front desk was also very helpful in arranging Didi for me and talking to the driver in the local language and then translating it to me. Thanks again I had a wonderful stay here.

This was my first time staying here, and as a visitor from Albania, I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. Every interaction felt warm and professional, whether at reception, housekeeping, or any other service point. The team went out of their way to assist with any request and made sure everything was comfortable. Their attitude created a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely return, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff.

After careful selection, I found Hanting Hotel and was very satisfied. It is only two traffic lights away from the high-speed railway station and subway station, and the transportation is very convenient. The front desk staff are well-dressed, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, the breakfast is delicious, the environment is elegant, clean and generous, and the facilities are complete. In short, it is highly recommended!

This Hanting hotel is about 5 minutes walk to Mudu subway station and about 10 minutes by taxi to Mudu Ancient Town. There are many restaurants around it for easy dining. The hotel is decorated in a stylish atmosphere, the room is soundproofed, quiet and clean, and the door has its own anti-lock chain lock. The service attitude of the front desk ladies is like a spring breeze. PS: Just install the top spray in the shower room.

Definitely one of the best hotels. Price is low compared to other hotels in Suzhou of the same caliber. Staff are friendly. Laundry facilities are Top Notch. Beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy

This hotel is fantastic! It's very close to Guanqian Street, and it was quite comfortable for a solo traveler. The front desk service was excellent, and the aunties working there were also very welcoming. The best part is the incredible value for money. If something hadn't come up unexpectedly, I would have loved to stay a few more days. The breakfast selection is a bit limited, but considering the location and the price, there's no problem getting a good meal. On the first day, I was rushing for a tour, so I didn't grab much, but on the second day, I ate my fill. Overall, it's great. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower area was spacious. The lady at the front desk was truly wonderful; she gave me a room right by the elevator that was still very quiet. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time. Thumbs up! 🎉

This is a ”positive review”. The room was nice, new and clean. Around 6 PM on the day of check-in, they confirmed my arrival time with me. No problem, they said if I didn't arrive, I could buy another room. When I arrived, the self-service machine couldn't process the check-in; it showed the room was being cleaned. I went to the machine with my ID, and it worked fine. Then they asked for my phone number, scanned a QR code, and took my phone to register as a Huazhu member. I can understand this; there are quota requirements. Last time I checked the room, the door was open. I was worried about double-checking, so I went downstairs to ask. They said it was open for ventilation, okay. They gave me a small gift at check-out and told me to leave a positive review. I said: OK. This is where things started to go wrong. Around 4 PM, they added me on WeChat. I thought I had forgotten something, but it turned out they wanted a positive review. Around 6 PM, they sent me a text message again, asking for a positive review. I originally wanted a newer room next door, but after leaving my phone number, I was constantly bombarded with requests for a positive review. How could I dare stay here?

Because it's separated from the commercial area by just one intersection, it's not noisy at all, very quiet in fact. The surrounding environment is also very clean, which is great. Even during the May Day holiday, it wasn't overly crowded, likely due to it being a new hotel and its location. However, getting to attractions was very easy. The hotel itself has a restaurant for breakfast, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. **Service:** The service attitude was excellent, and all services were prompt and efficient. If you needed anything, you could order it directly to your room via the H Hotels app, and the robot delivery for takeout was also very convenient. The staff working in the lobby were very friendly. It would be even better if they could be provided with some休息 areas or seating; constantly walking around the self-check-in area must be tiring. **Overall:** Very good, and excellent value for money. Also, it would be great if there were more options and combinations for the special amenities included when booking a room.
