The hotel staff were very warm and friendly from the first moment I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure to show me to my room.
The hotel itself is lovely, and the comfort level is just amazing. The breakfast was so good, it even has an omelet station.
I highly recommend this hotel what you are looking for a relaxing stay by the Albanian seashore.

Anonymous UserGreat hotel. Just as gorgeous as the photos and it's very quiet when the windows are shut.
It could do with a little better customer service and better cleaning standards. All in all, very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone.
The pools and saunas were the highlight of our stay. Our skin feels so fresh and rejuvenated.

Guest UserEn général et surtout pour le prix c'était vraiment bien, cependant la climatisation clairement à revoir, et malheureusement le jacuzzi + le sauna n'étaient pas du tout disponible... donc grosse décéption, le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif mais manque un peu de variété, le personnel est top. Les peintures des piscines il faudrait repeindre cela car ca se décolle et reste un peu dans certaines piscine donc pas très propre. Mais sinon niveau établissement et chambre très propre.
Cependant, si vous prévoyez d'aller là-bas, sachez que c'est bien isolé du reste de l'albanie donc le mieux c'est clairement un 4x4 ou type SUV, mais avec une petite voiture cela va aussi mais les routes sont très caillouteuses. Mais depuis Tirana c'est 1h30 de route en tout cas. Si la route était refaite je pense que ça serait bien plus rapide.
Mais finalement rapport qualité prix et surtout l'endroit est juste MAGNIFIQUEMENT SPLENDIDE !
A noter que le restaurant sur place, est plus cher que beaucoup d'endroits en albanie et que les quantités par contre sont très petites et c'est c'est un gros point négatif, alors que le petit déjeuner lui est top et à volonté !
