"I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Boracay! The location is really convenient, especially since it’s close to many events, shops and great dining spots. Everything was just a short walk or ride away, which made our stay super easy and fun. The staff were all very kind and attentive, always making sure guests feel welcome and taken care of. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing and well-mainted. Overall, i highly recommend this place to anyone whos planning to visit Boracay and who wants a comfortable, hassle free and enjoyable stay. 😊"

"Awesome clean, very good location. Though not on the beach but just 3 min walk to beach. All employees are well behaved and courteous. Booked two rooms for 5 nights and found the towels have stains some days. Hand towels are provided on request. Rooms are cleaned once a day whenever requested. Very good attitude but they sometimes do not or forget to refill the amenities, upon informing immediately takes action. Though not a big issue, but they do not provide Wellcome drinks and even do not provide water to drink even your are thirsty before checkin. This is inhumane. They also did not provide extra glass in room for guests visiting us repeatedly. Do not believe they do not have extra glass. Breakfast is only Philippine food, everyday almost same. One day they served us grilled chicken for us since beef was in the menu for breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel 😊"

"On a positive note, the hotel and the surroundings were clean, and the staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The breakfast and food selection were also very good. However, we noticed that the coffee and hot chocolate were served cold, even though they were supposed to be hot. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with several amenities that were advertised but not available during our stay. The swimming pool was not functioning due to a defective filter. When we asked about canceling our booking or receiving a discount, we were told this was not possible because the booking was made online. As an alternative, we were offered access to the pool and open the bubbler. However, when we attempted to use it after our water and land activities, we were informed that the operator was no longer at the hotel and no staff member knew how to operate it at that time. On our second day, we also tried to use the free shuttle service advertised by the hotel, but we were told that the driver was on a day off. Sadly, we were unable to use several amenities that were promoted online, which significantly affected our overall experience. We hope this feedback helps improve services for future guests and that clearer information about amenity availability is provided."
