Dammam Hotels with Pools

The place is acceptable but there is one annoying Sudanese worker, he is not cooperating well and hard to understand the guests. The Saudi managers are amazing. We liked the quietness. The bed is not very much comfortable. We wish they improve and we would give a it another chance.

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

الفندق نظيف ورائع أتمنى يستمر على نفس المستوى

فندق جديد في المنطقة، وعلى شارع حيوي. الفندق مبني بجانب فندق الشيراتون وهو مكون من دور ارضي لغالب الغرف، ودور اول لبعضها. المبنى مرتب ونظيف واثاث الفندق جديد. الاستقبال جيد و مستوى الغرف جيدة. الخدمه جيدة ولكن بطيئة نوعا ما. والسعر مناسب. عيوبه ان جدار دوره المياه اعزكم الله من زجاج بحيث ان نور الحمام يزعج النائمين في الغرفه. ايضا لايتوفر موقع انترنت خاص بالفندق. المسبح مفتوح لذا لايمكن السباحة في هذا الجو.

My experience at the Budell Cornesh hotel was very remarkable, especially because my stay was a special occasion. The entire hotel management, headed by Professor Mohammed Dosri, thanks for the good reception and high-end treatment. They never shortened, and they upgraded me to a wider wing of the reserved room, adding a beautiful touch to the experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, elegant decor and my work distribution between the bedroom and the sitting room, plus a wide bathroom equipped with high quality. The service was quick and responded to any excellent request, and that reflects the team's professionalism and their interest in the comfort of the inmates. In short, it was an exceptional stay where I thank all the workers for their efforts and their eagerness to please the inmates. It would certainly be my first choice when visiting the blood in the future.

Totally not upholding the name of Wyndham, never do make up for for 2 nights and replenish of water. Upon requesting for a change of towels, took the used towel, never replace with clean ones. Then 3rd day, did a make up room, took all used towels, never replace again. Totally disappointed with their room service team. Will never choose Wyndham Garden Dammam again.

Ambiance: 3/5 Food: 5/5 Room / Cleanliness: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Staff: 100/5 – Excellent job by Ms. Zahra Ms. Zahra, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. She kindly allowed me to check in earlier, which made my stay even more convenient. In addition, one of the housekeeping staff members was also very supportive and attentive. Overall, my stay was truly amazing, thanks to the outstanding service and dedication of the staff.
