GGuest UserThe place is acceptable but there is one annoying Sudanese worker, he is not cooperating well and hard to understand the guests. The Saudi managers are amazing.
We liked the quietness. The bed is not very much comfortable. We wish they improve and we would give a it another chance.

WWenzelFor a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

GGuest UserThe reception was excellent, both for young men and women, and the staff were good. However, the hotel rooms are worn and need updating in terms of furnishings and furniture. They also lack some services such as hot water, an iron, or even some bathroom amenities, which you have to request and receive when you speak to room service. 🌹

GGuest UserTotally not upholding the name of Wyndham, never do make up for for 2 nights and replenish of water.
Upon requesting for a change of towels, took the used towel, never replace with clean ones.
Then 3rd day, did a make up room, took all used towels, never replace again.
Totally disappointed with their room service team.
Will never choose Wyndham Garden Dammam again.

Ms. Zahra, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. She kindly allowed me to check in earlier, which made my stay even more convenient. In addition, one of the housekeeping staff members was also very supportive and attentive.
Overall, my stay was truly amazing, thanks to the outstanding service and dedication of the staff.

HH.The staff are super nice, the location is also nearby where I wanted to be. The building is too old and a bit smelly. I had noisy neighbors during my stay there and the staff couldn’t solve the problem. I will definitely not stay there again in the future.

NNomadSDНеплохая гостиница для кратковременного проживания. Располагается вдали от всех основных центров притяжения в городе. Автобусной остановки поблизости нет, поэтому надо рассчитывать на такси. Ощущается, что ремонта в здании не было давно. При этом кровать очень удобная, бельё, полотенца и прочие принадлежности замечательные. В номере есть чайник и посуда. Проблем с водой никаких. Шум с улицы ощутимый, но спать не мешает совершенно. Обслуживающий персонал дружелюбный. Обстановка в целом очень приятная.
