__M1348878****The hotel is good overall, but I feel that Ctrip still has no initiative for overseas hotels. I booked three nights, but my schedule changed and I wanted to cancel one night in advance. I went to the hotel front desk and the hotel told me that I could cancel and they would refund the price of the remaining two nights. But Ctrip said that I could not refund and I was not able to get a refund. So it may be more convenient to book overseas hotels on the official website.

SShiDaisyneI stayed for ten nights. The location is relatively close to the exhibition hall. The transportation is really not convenient. You can't even take a taxi. You can ask the hotel to call a taxi and agree on the price in advance.
The hotel breakfast is pretty good.
There was a little hiccup when leaving the store, but it was quickly resolved by Ctrip without missing a flight.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay. Good location with a view of Corniche. Lots of shopping choices nearby. Swimming pool was available and we were the only family who had good time in the pool, and in gym too. Basement parking is bit tricky. Overall good experience. Will visit once again in July.

The room space is good and they provide stove and microwave which is very helpful for family that stay multiple days
The only comment is about the mattress it is very stiff actually not very comfortable and the swimming pool is very small and i think it should be at least covered from sun heat

There are many Chinese people going to Saudi Arabia now. It is recommended that Ctrip include more local hotels to increase everyone's choices.

HH.The staff are super nice, the location is also nearby where I wanted to be. The building is too old and a bit smelly. I had noisy neighbors during my stay there and the staff couldn’t solve the problem. I will definitely not stay there again in the future.
