janejane520A clean and comfortable studio apartment with new facilities, including a separate bathroom, washing machine, kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, and all the necessary pots and pans. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and communicated in English. The space is much smaller than it appears in the photos; I think it's actually more suitable for a solo traveler. There are many convenience stores nearby, and you can walk to Ginza.

Mandeliciously⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Family-Friendly Stay in Tokyo
We had an excellent experience at this hotel. It’s extremely family friendly, with helpful staff and a comfortable atmosphere that made traveling with kids so much easier. The location is also very convenient, with quick access to many of Tokyo’s most famous areas such as Ginza, Odaiba, Disneyland and sea—perfect for sightseeing and exploring without long commutes.
Our room was impressively clean and spacious, especially by Tokyo standards. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and we had more than enough space to relax after busy days out in the city.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Tokyo. We would definitely return!

Guest UserThe room was clean and very comfortable. The only downsides were a slight smell from the bed and the air conditioning was very weak, making it impossible to set a comfortable room temperature. Other than that, including the front desk service, it was a very satisfying stay.

XiaziyoushijieTraveling with family, we booked a larger suite and it was incredibly spacious with a great kitchen and bathroom! It was very clean and well-equipped. The transportation is super convenient, with a subway station and two JR stations just a two or three-minute walk away, covering all the main city lines. Downstairs there's a department store, a drug store, and a convenience store, which is very handy! If you don't feel like cooking, there's also a food street downstairs, which is a huge plus!

SheMinVery comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary appliances. The washer and dryer worked great. The only issue was the water heater – the showerhead barely put out any water, and it was completely cold, never getting warm. But there's a workaround! 😂 The bathtub water temperature was perfect, so just avoid the shower. Fill the tub and use a bucket to wash up. It's a bit of a hassle, but it solves the cold shower problem. We also caught happy hour on Friday, and the plum wine was quite good.

Guest UserWe absolutely loved the apartment! It was spacious and cozy, with everything we needed: a kitchen with a large fridge, a washing machine, and a balcony with a great view!
We checked in before leaving Tokyo, and it was so convenient for packing our suitcases. We had plenty of space to spread out, with room left on the floor.
The location was incredibly convenient. We could easily and quickly get to all the places we wanted to visit. On our departure day, we simply took the monorail to the airport.
Thank you for a comfortable stay!

JasonxianshengLocation: Very close to Mita Line's Onarimon Station, and the area is very quiet. There aren't many restaurants around, but it feels very safe.
Room: The room space is quite good; two 30-inch suitcases can lie flat and open. The window is a bit small and doesn't open. There's a small sofa. Overall, the space is excellent for the price range of 900+.
Service: All front desk staff can communicate perfectly in English, which is fantastic and completely barrier-free! They are responsive to questions and proactively provide information about the hotel's facilities.
Next to the front desk, the coffee machine, soft drinks, and small snacks are all provided free of charge, including alcoholic beverages during the evening happy hour. The hotel isn't large but has a gym and a sauna. The sauna requires a reservation, offering a private space.

vj fongThis is honestly one of the best-value hotels I have stayed at around Akihabara.
The room was much more spacious than I expected. We had two 28-inch suitcases, and we were able to open both of them fully without feeling crowded. For Tokyo, this amount of space is a big plus.
The location is very convenient as well. It takes about 4 minutes to walk to Suehirocho Station on the Ginza Line, and about 8 minutes to walk to Akihabara Station. From the hotel, it is also easy to get to other popular areas, such as Ginza in around 15 minutes and Shibuya in around 30 minutes.
The service was very good throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and communication in English was easy. The facilities felt new, and the hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable.
The area around the hotel is also practical. There is a 24-hour drugstore and a convenience store just about 1 minute away on foot. Don Quijote is also only around 5 minutes away and is open 24 hours, which is very useful for shopping or picking up things late at night.
The only small downside is that many good restaurants nearby close quite early. After coming back from shopping or sightseeing at night, it was not always easy to find a good late-night meal. However, there is a malatang restaurant nearby that tastes pretty good and is worth trying.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tokyo, especially if you want a spacious room, easy transportation, friendly service, and good value near Akihabara.

XLbaoOur stay at Section L Yushima-Ueno exceeded expectations from start to finish. The staff was consistently present, professional, and thorough in explaining house rules and procedures. They were fluent in English, genuinely friendly, and incredibly helpful with local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and general guidance. That level of support made traveling with a toddler much easier.
One important note for guests is: trash must be sorted into combustible and non-combustible categories and brought downstairs when full. Once you understand the system, it’s straightforward and aligns with Japan’s overall cleanliness standards.
The in-unit washer-dryer combo was invaluable, especially for a family trip. We packed light and washing clothes daily was a must after 12-15,000 steps a day. The appliance guide provided in the room made it easy to operate. Note that this model of washer/dryer can only take smaller loads compare to American models and you DO NOT want to interrupt the drying cycle as you can't unlock the door! This was my fourth trip to Japan and my first traveling with my child, and the added convenience made a noticeable difference in comfort.
We stayed five nights (our plane arrived in the evening) during our Tokyo leg and used this as our base while visiting Asakusa, Odaiba, Tokyo DisneySea, Tokyo Disneyland, and teamLab Borderless sprinkled with a bit of shopping. The location proved to be extremely convenient. Multiple train lines are within a 5–10 minute walk, making daily transit smooth and efficient.
I specifically chose this property because the unit size is larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the bathtub is closer to American standards, which made oue evening wind-down time much more comfortable.
There is a FamilyMart just around the corner, and the staff at Section L there even helped me prefill the form for Japan’s luggage forwarding service, allowing us to avoid navigating packed trains with multiple large suitcases. That alone reduced a major travel stress point.
You’re also surrounded by izakayas, malls, 7-Elevens, and countless dining options. An Ippudo Ramen location is roughly a 10-minute walk away, along with many other great local spots.
Overall, this property is an excellent balance between space, location, and family-friendly functionality. I would absolutely stay here again on a future Tokyo visit.
