"The room was spacious, and the complimentary ramen was a great value and delicious. The service was professional and efficient. On the first floor, there were free drinks and snacks available for self-service. The location was also excellent, directly opposite Toyosu Market and just a two-minute walk to Shijo-mae Station on the Yurikamome Line. The rooftop bar was a bit pricey; I wouldn't recommend it unless you're looking for a romantic atmosphere. Overall, no complaints."

"Really liked it VERY convenient as they have a bus straight to the hotel itself, and going back to NRT airpor. Only ick I have is the hour commute back and forth if you want to go to Tokyo and explore it's regions but overall I really liked my stay Accomodation of the room is very nice have your own personalized bathtub and the bed was very comfortable I was able to sleep peacefully. The cafe at the main lobby really helped in terms of eating breakfast and the two Lawson's downstairs are really great! The washing machine also was good and you can check the status and availability of said machines In your hotel TV!"

"Fabulous hotel. Get location for business travel or locals . But too far away from our family but the size of the rooms, onsen , breakfast buffet ( extra cost) & hospitality made up for it. Multiple train stations near by. Would stay again"

"The hotel was very clean, and I tried a Korean body scrub for the first time. My sensitive skin felt a little tingly afterwards, but it was a very pleasant experience. The public bath was also quite empty despite there being other people, so I was able to relax and take my time."

Just buy a ticket on the 2nd floor of the airport and catch the bus on the 1st floor, which drops you directly at the hotel entrance. There's a Lawson convenience store a short walk to the left from the hotel exit, making shopping very convenient. 2. **Quiet Location & Spacious Rooms**: The hotel is situated in a quiet area, and the rooms are generously sized with comfortable bedding. There's a free shuttle bus service directly to Disneyland and Shin-Urayasu Station (where you'll find an Aeon supermarket with plenty of dining and shopping options – great for trips to central Tokyo). Getting around is easy, but do check the shuttle schedule. 3. **Excellent Service & Breakfast**: The hotel staff are friendly and efficient; check-in was quick, and their English proficiency made communication seamless. Breakfast offers a good variety of options at a reasonable price, though it can get busy, so it's best to go early. 4. **Well-Equipped Rooms**: The room facilities are good, with everything you need. The shower pressure is excellent, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Cons: 1. **Limited Nearby Shopping**: The closest shop is a Lawson, which is only good for daily essentials. The nearest major supermarket is quite a distance, at least a 30-minute walk (depending on your pace). 2. **Housekeeping Needs Improvement**: Room cleanliness could be better, especially in corners and on the top edges of furniture, where dust accumulation suggests it hasn't been wiped down in a while. Summary: Overall, it's a good place. The price is affordable, offering great value for money, and the room facilities are relatively new. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the free shuttle bus service makes it very convenient for getting to nearby attractions. Just remember to keep an eye on the shuttle schedule. I would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips. Highly recommended."

"I had a very pleasant stay at New Otani Inn. The staff member who checked me in was exceptionally nice, kind, and welcoming. She even kindly allowed me to check in 30 minutes earlier than the official check-in time, which I really appreciated. She was also the same staff member who assisted me with my check-out, and her service was consistently warm and professional throughout my stay. I also really loved the ReFa hairdryer provided in the room—it was a great touch! The breakfast was good and enjoyable, although I felt that the selection was a little limited and could have had more options. One area that could be improved is the TV. It wasn’t very smart, and I couldn’t use streaming services such as Netflix or YouTube. Having a smart TV with these options would make the room experience even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and especially appreciated the excellent service from the staff. I would be happy to stay again."

"Traveling to Disneyland with kids was a breeze thanks to this hotel. The free shuttle was incredibly convenient, and every staff member greeted us with a smile. The bathroom facilities were exceptionally comfortable, and the toiletries were POLA, which is a nice touch. It truly felt like a classic five-star hotel. We were very satisfied."

"Nice view! The hotel room was pretty narrow, barely enough space to open my luggage, but it was comfortable enough for myself. The room itself was kept very clean, and the hotel staff were very responsive and helpful. It was very near to the venue I was going to (Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center), only 2 mins walk. Around 5~8 minutes walk from the Hamamatsucho station, 13~15 mins to Daimon station."
