"Very warm little home Come to Japan to experience the homestay can be 2-4 people can stay. But a little far from the subway station 1.2-1.4km There are two subway stations nearby, Sensoji Temple and another station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk slowly. The surrounding area is a residential area. Shopping is a little less convenient. The landlord is very good. The reply is very timely, and the communication is directly Trip.com . You can check in and enter the password by uploading the data by email. It is best to live in a row so that you don't have to carry your luggage. Because I am going to Osaka the next day, I get up early. I can cook and watch TV. The facilities are very complete."

"Multi-person travel is very suitable for ~ equipment and spare parts are all available. The only minor drawback is that there is only one bathroom. It is slightly inconvenient for friends to travel and stay in many people. The whole is clean and hygienic. Only some corners are slightly dusty. Self-service check-in/check-out is convenient and fast, but the check-in time is late and the check-out time is a bit inconvenient. However, the customer service response is very fast and polite, and the overall service experience is good 👍 The location is near the residential area, there are supermarkets, supermarkets, etc., basic living functions, but only can be reached by ordinary cars on the Beijing Line, the traffic is not very convenient but it is still acceptable"

Hotel near Ueno/Asakusa,Tokyo
Located in Tokyo's Taito Ward, Sakura no Kawa Asakusa Japanese-style Villa offers a great stay experience for those traveling for fun or business.

"The first time I came to Tokyo to feel the homestay, it was not bad. We went to Tokyo at the end of January. The room was on the first floor. It was a bit cold when I first entered the door. The air conditioner was turned on. It was a bit dry in the house for a long time. Japanese-style structure, there is a little less place to sit in the house, the four of us, the Japanese sand issued bags and clothes, we have to sit on the bed, dry and wet separation, the bathroom, kitchen, bathroom on the same side, even if it is a bit cold at first, but the bath water flow is very large, it is very warm after washing. It's a bit cold to go to the toilet. The furnishings and supporting facilities in the house are consistent with the landlord's picture, and the toilet paper is indeed patterned. One guest is cleaned, and if you need to clean in the middle, you have to contact the landlord separately and pay. The landlord will remind you not to make loud noises in the room and not disturb the neighbors. During our stay, we almost didn't see the surrounding neighbors, and almost didn't see a few people in the residential area. It should be home. It takes about 15 ~ 20 minutes to walk to Sensoji Temple, just to feel the streets of Tokyo. Around 10 minutes away there are 7-11, Rosen, and Life Supermarket (the name is forgotten, the bus stop to Tokyo Station is at this door, this line is to the station according to the schedule, we went early, waited in the supermarket + bought breakfast + warm up). It takes only 20 minutes to get to Tokyo Station by bus when leaving Tokyo."

Amazing
NNana 娜娜The homestay is clean and tidy, well-equipped, there are two rooms, the living room has combing, there are multiple chairs, there is a microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, there is a room upstairs with a TV, there is sufficient air-conditioning, cups, dishes, spoons, forks, and daily necessities at check-in are very complete. Travel slippers, toothbrush toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, travel comb, laundry detergent, softener, boxed tissues, roll toilet paper, detergent, etc. As for the location, it is actually convenient. There are two stations that can be dropped off. Zhongli Station, there is 7–11 convenience store near the exit, and then go back to the homestay for 5 minutes. Prince Station, there are shopping malls at the exit, many restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, etc., and then return to the homestay for about 10 minutes. Overall satisfaction, will introduce friends, I will stay again if I have the opportunity

GGuest UserGreat location and walkable distance from shibuya station. Toilets with locks but no locks for the bathroom. Soap in bathroom but no soap in the toilet. It’s a bit weird. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Yet, there is also no curtains for the room in the basement. Though it is not too bright in the morning but if you want an all dark environment, this is a problem.

GGuest UserIf you go to Hachijo Island, there is no doubt that you will repeat it again ♪ In the refrigerator, soft drinks are served There is a Yoshinoya beef bowl in the freezer. I had a beef bowl for a night meal 😋 The water bath in the sauna was the best 😆 At night, if it is a parking lot, fireworks are OK, so I did fireworks with my hands 🎇

GGuest UserIt was very spacious and nice place! I stayed with 4 families including small children, but I am very satisfied. I also hope that if I have the opportunity, I can use it for cool times and do gardens and BBQ. Check-in and out time can be adjusted, but I wish I could stay a little longer without additional charges. It was a quick time. The owner was also a nice person. Thank you!

MM491815****This is a standalone house! Let me start with the good points: 1. There are three rooms, so it might be cost-effective if seven or eight people book together. 2. The landlord was quite responsive to messages, which is a plus! Here are some things I think potential guests should seriously consider: 1. It's quite a walk from the subway station; it takes over ten minutes to reach the nearest Oyama Station (though once you get to Ikebukuro, just three stops from Oyama, everything becomes much more accessible). 2. The listing states the house was renovated in 2025, but honestly, it doesn't look like it at all. For example, there are many scratches on the walls, making the place feel quite old. Also, some small details, like the faucet on the first floor, which not only looks old but also a bit dirty. This really didn't align with my expectation of Japan being exceptionally clean and meticulous in every detail! 3. If you're a family of three or four, even though there are three rooms, you'll probably only use one or two. The room on the second floor, for example, feels superfluous. And because of that room, the sofa area on the second floor is particularly small. Oh, and the sofa itself is a bit old too.

열열심히다니자I found a similar listing on Airbnb, but I booked it here for a cheaper price with a Trip.com discount. There were no reviews, but the Airbnb ratings were good, so I chose it. As the reviews suggested, the location is convenient and not bad. However, the check-in password wasn't provided properly, so I wasted about 30-40 minutes outside. I was able to contact the host via email, and their feedback was quick, but it was still inconvenient when problems arose. The photos show it as a first-floor unit, but when you actually open the door and enter, it's actually a duplex. The number of unnecessary doors seemed a bit intimidating, and I was a little apprehensive. It was a bit inconvenient to go up and down. There are two bathrooms, but the sink and shower are on the first floor, so you have to go down to wash. I was only able to use the second floor, but there's another staircase leading to the third. In addition to the room photos, I think you need photos or a description of the house's structure. There's a lot of noise around. There's music from the sandwich shop on the first floor and the glass factory next door. I can hear things like noises and the vibrations of passing cars. It's a close-range noise, like someone entering the house and moving around, so it can be a bit distracting. Those sensitive to noise should wear earplugs. Even considering the cold weather of Japanese houses, the floors are quite cold. While the heater was available, it's a bit limited in the winter, so you'll likely have to leave it on for extended periods. The circuit breaker trips when using electricity. The power went out twice when using the TV, heater, and hair dryer simultaneously. I had to find the circuit breaker and turn it back on myself to get it working again. The water pressure is good, so the water is warm and flows smoothly. I got used to it little by little as I booked for 4 nights and 5 days, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the room, perhaps because it was a bit rough on the first day. There were hairs and hair ties on the sofa cushions, the bed headboard, and the bathroom window. I think a little more attention could have been paid. I like that there's a supermarket right in front of the property. There are also several izakayas nearby.
