In a dynamic Tokyo district where corporate and creative industries come together so too do the guests of Janu TokyoLocated in the visionary new urban village of Azabudai Hills the luxury hotel captures the compelling energy of its surroundings that of Japanese history and culture juxtaposed with global business influence and contemporary entertainment all enveloped by the neighbourhoods green surrounds

"Overall, it was a very good stay, except that there were no rooms available when I checked in, and I had to wait for a very long time. Everything else, from the facilities to the service, was excellent. The hotel has direct access to the shopping mall, and the spa is one of the largest in all of Tokyo. The gym also has a lot of equipment, including free weights and a Smith machine, which made for a great experience."

An exclusive sanctuary high above Japans cosmopolitan capital Aman Tokyo is Amans first urban concept hotel situated adjacent to the Otemachi Forest. Offering birds eye views of the Imperial Palace Gardens and surrounding Tokyo landmarks the hotel features a serene Aman Spa and a peaceful inner garden. Surrounded by engawa a wooden feature dividing the inside and out the soaring lobby rises nearly 30 metres. Aman Tokyo is a monument to the modern-day Japanese capital - a place where urban dynamism is tempered with serenity. Perched above the Tokyo skyline the private dining room and boardroom are perfect for both on- and off-duty occasions.

"We have always been an avid traveller and we love five stars hotel. And this trip to Tokyo, we booked for the biggest Aman Suite at Aman Tokyo and we also booked for a few nights in Bvlgari Suite at Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo. However the price we paid for Aman is 380,000yen more than our suite in Bvlgari yet the services and experiences we get in Bvlgari is so much better. The staff generally speaks better English, and their butler are way more proactive and confident, perhaps due to language proficiency. Also at Bvlgari they serve daily evening refreshment which they do not have at Aman. Also the breakfast at Bvlgari is 24 hours so we do not have to worry about missing our breakfast hour. We also do not see a lot of differences between the suite type in Aman. Personally we wouldn’t recommend Aman Tokyo to anyone considering there are a lot of better options and five stars hotel around for the price we paid."

"The hotel's location was excellent, and the rooms were very spacious, exceeding my expectations. The hotel was immaculately clean, truly spotless. Each floor has six rooms that share a common lounge area. After each use, staff would come to clean it thoroughly, restoring it to its pristine condition, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member at the hotel was extremely kind and friendly. I particularly loved the rooftop hot spring; after a soak, they even provided ice-cold milk, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay."

Combining the excitement and enterprise of Japan’s capital with the intrigue of its history and culture, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi is where the city’s eminent business district and the tranquil gardens of the Imperial Palace meet. On floors 34 to 39 of Tokyo’s foremost commercial tower, our ultramodern, spacious guest rooms and suites capture the area’s urbane energy and sophistication, while leading-edge amenities including a sky-high terrace and four globally inflected restaurants round out your experience of the city.

"We stayed four nights in two rooms. On the third day, the sheets were changed, but upon returning, we found obvious stains. Since it was already past 11 PM, we didn't contact the hotel, and the two of us slept in one bed. The other bed also had stains. On the fourth day, we went to the front desk to complain, providing photos. They said they should report it and told us to wait for a call. We didn't receive a call all day. When we returned to the hotel that evening, we asked the front desk. The night manager checked the computer and found we had complained, but didn't explain why there hadn't been any action taken all day. They finally offered to waive the room service meal fee for the other room. We didn't accept, but the result was the same upon check-out. Question 1: We weren't at the hotel during the day; we booked the Four Seasons specifically for a good night's rest. Is room service meal equivalent to a good night's sleep? What is the basis for this action? Question 2: After a whole day of processing, there was no response. They completely ignored our complaint. Is this the service standard of the Four Seasons? Or is it just that the sheets are often like this and it's not a problem? Question 3: The attitude was polite but arrogant. What justifies this condescending attitude? This is completely different from our past experiences with Four Seasons hotels and the service we've had in Japan. The photo below is incomprehensible and unacceptable."

WWU.NIENENFrom the moment I arrived at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and understated luxury. The hotel exemplifies a rare balance between contemporary sophistication and timeless Japanese hospitality, making every interaction feel both personal and profound. The guest rooms are nothing short of extraordinary—thoughtfully designed, immaculately maintained, and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. Each detail, from the choice of materials to the intuitive layout, reflects an unwavering commitment to excellence. Dining at the property is a remarkable journey in itself. Every restaurant presents not only world-class cuisine but also a sense of artistry and cultural depth. The staff demonstrate genuine passion and precision, ensuring that each culinary experience becomes an indelible memory. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its service. The team embodies the very spirit of omotenashi—anticipating needs with effortless grace and delivering them with warmth and sincerity. It is this quiet yet meticulous attentiveness that transforms a stay into an experience of unparalleled comfort. Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo is not merely a place to stay—it is a sanctuary in the heart of the metropolis, where moments are elevated into memories. It remains, without question, one of the finest hotels in the world.

UUtkarsh05This was my first time staying at The Peninsula Tokyo, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we began corresponding with the hotel before arrival, the team made it clear that this was going to be a special stay. I had reached out in advance as this was an important trip for our family, and the team – especially Ms. Kim – went above and beyond to help organise everything smoothly. Every detail was handled with care, and it really set the tone for our visit. Throughout our stay, every interaction made us feel genuinely welcome. The lobby team, the staff at Peter, and housekeeping were all consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Small gestures, friendly smiles, and a real willingness to help turned a simple hotel stay into a collection of memories we will cherish for a long time. This trip has made The Peninsula Tokyo our new fav stay in the city. There is a wonderful sense of warmth and hospitality here, and you feel that everyone is truly invested in making your stay as special as possible. We are already looking forward to returning on our next visit to Tokyo.

のんさまさまThis was my second stay at Executive House Zen. Zen may have been what got me hooked on club lounges. I've been to many club lounges in Tokyo, but this one is hands-down the best. The club lounge is relaxing, the views are amazing, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. After arriving and checking in, I was shown to the lounge and treated to candy tea. I was about an hour early, but I was shown to my room. The room was clean, and the amenities, including Ferragamo shampoo and body soap, had a gorgeous scent. The hair dryer was a Dyson. I loved the body pillow on the bed, lol. There were six food presentations in total. I drank alcohol the whole time. There was an unlimited selection of champagne, beer, various cocktails, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. The first afternoon tea was an all-you-can-eat affair, featuring Satsuki's super melon shortcake, strawberry shortcake, Pierre Hermé croissants, cookies, macarons, various sweets, soup, and more. It was absolutely amazing. As night fell, we were treated to a panoramic view of Tokyo and the food selection changed to fresh vegetable sticks, pinchos, prosciutto, cheese, and smoked salmon, all perfect for pairing with alcohol. For a nightcap, we had Pierre Hermé chocolate and potato chips. With our stomachs full, we headed to Satsuki on the lobby floor for the new, best breakfast buffet. This buffet offered a wide selection of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, including freshly made rice balls, salmon roe, omelets made right in front of us, Pierre Hermé bread, fresh salads, and fruit!! Satsuki was a little noisy, but with our stomachs full, we headed to the spacious lounge for a drink, but we couldn't help but eat Pierre Hermé croissants and other treats. After that, we were able to use the lounge until check-out, so we were able to come and go as we pleased while relaxing in our room. Our stomachs were full and our hearts were satisfied; it was the best two-day, one-night stay ever!! I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserI called many times to confirm the room before check-in, and I still couldn't connect all the rooms on the day of check-in. Let the guests wait at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the front desk. I had a lot of luggage, and I hoped to welcome them. When I got off at the hotel gate, I waited for 10 minutes and no one greeted me. I went to the lobby and pushed the trolley with the waitress at the front desk to pick up my luggage. The white uniforms passing by The older Japanese bellman turned a blind eye and had a bad attitude. Without confirming the luggage, he put all the staff's luggage in the boss's room without authorization. No apology after taking out the luggage. The room faces the train track, and you will hear the sound of the train, which will affect your rest. An impressive experience.
