"I booked a double room, but Ctrip said it was for one adult only. In reality, it was a double dorm room, suitable for two people. This was a misleading information provided by the hotel on Ctrip. Therefore, it's best to contact the hotel to confirm your reservation. As compensation, they upgraded me to a single room for the first two days and a double dorm for the next two. The bathroom is located in the basement. Shampoo and shower gel are provided, but towels are not. Washing machines and hairdryers are available for an additional fee. Free coffee is available on the first floor in the evening. Hot and cold drinking water is available throughout the day, along with cups. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided. The restrooms are shared and basic, located on each floor. It's very quiet at night. It's very close to Kitashinagawa Subway Station, just a few steps away. The pictures show the bathroom and single room."

UEGO Hotel is the most heartfelt place I’ve stayed at in Japan. The owner, Mr. Uego, is a true ikemen — a real gentleman and an amazing person. He is incredibly hospitable: he showed me the entire island on a map, introduced me to local life, and shared so many fascinating stories about Japan. He knows everyone and everything on the island and beyond. This is not just a hotel — it’s a home filled with warmth and soul. Birds sing in the garden, and the hotel is located right in the center of the island, so everything is close by. I highly recommend UEGO Hotel to anyone who wants to truly feel the unforgettable spirit of Niijima Island.

A very good hotel. If you want to experience exotic customs and simply spend a vacation, this will be a good choice. The facilities are relatively clean. Even in the public bathrooms and toilets, you can hardly see any stains. The relatively affordable tatami double room can also bring a good experience. There is no peculiar smell or bugs in the room. Basically, there is nothing wrong with it. It is very close to the island's port and the island's bus station. If you travel by cruise ship, this will be a very convenient choice. The Japanese breakfast provided by the hotel is also very nice, it looks clean and healthy. All in all, this is a hotel that allows you to experience the island's culture very well. I would recommend it.

Overall facilities and cleanliness were excellent. It's very close to Tokyo Tower. I also really like the layout where the entry for lower bed is on the other side of the upper bed. Unfortunately the shower room was a bit small and compact. Also, it'd be nicer if there's a 24-hour shared lounge where we can eat something from the convenience store easily.

The room is very clean and tidy, with a common kitchen, toilet, shower room (for men and women); the kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, rice cooker, you can cook some simple food; The hotel is divided into the East and West Districts. We stayed on the first floor of the East District this time. The room was quite spacious, but the soundproofing was not good. The cherry blossom girl next door spoke very loudly and was a bit noisy. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Marunouchi Metro-Hegu Station. In this area, this price is OK.

It’s a wonderful experience. I got to know my roommate from a foreign country. It’s very convenient to travel. Akasaka Station and Akasaka Mitsuke Station are both very close. It’s not easy to find the place. After following Google Maps to a location, you have to turn and walk to a small alley. Inside, I followed the map and walked into a certain restaurant. The blond-haired guy kindly helped me. Thank you.

The condition is better than I expected, it's easy to get to Asakusa, and you can walk to the subway in less than 5 minutes. There are many restaurants nearby and convenience stores such as Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven are located within 5 minutes. First of all, the private bathroom is not in the room. It's outside. We used the second floor and were in rooms 201 and 202. If there are two rooms, there are two toilets and two bathrooms outside, which are used exclusively for the room. I don't have any pictures, so I'll just post a picture of the bathroom. It was nice that each item was separate. There aren't any downsides, but the owner was a bit harsh but not unfriendly. Still, I had a good stay. For 3 nights and 4 days And one thing is that the door is locked after 12 o'clock!!! Please note this! Have a nice trip to Japan everyone😆

Very good location accommodation, it's just 3 minutes walk from Kamata station to this accomodation. Along the way, there are many choices of restaurants and convenient stores, so it's very convenient for me. The room is very clean and good arrangements, there are all necessary amenities provided. The toilet and shower room are all clean, and I surprised that there is kitchen and cooking area provided. It's very good place to stay, so I decided to stay here for 5 days.

i made a booking last minute and i was very pleased that their customer support was available to answer my queries. i think it was already past 9pm when i made the booking but despite that, i was able to get the help i so desperately needed. the self-checkin system was a huge plus for me since it made sure that i can enter the hostel anytime. i really like this kind of hostel because each bunk bed is separate and you have your own chair and desk and a privacy curtain. it's like having your own tiny private room. it was also quiet all throughout the evening. i think i was the only foreigner among the japanese guests. the only issue i had was, the shower room on the first floor wasn't working. i hope they get it fixed somehow. overall, i had an affordable, comfortable stay.

The place is close to train station, supermarket. It has many toilet rooms. Shower is great. The walls are not cleaned thoroughly . I will recommend, but it is not excellent.
