"Travelled with Family
Stayed there the deluxe twin during Xmas for three nights.
Staff are extremely helpful!👍👍👍
The roof top is tiny but the scene is awesome! Must visit with your camera.
The room and everywhere is very clean! Can't find any dust!
The first night was too hot, as the room was 29°C and the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted. Everyone was sweaty and couldn't sleep.
We informed the front desk the next morning. They explained the air con is centralized but offered a mini ventilation fan.
When we returned at night, a fan was provided, and they fixed the air con, reducing it to 24°C for the rest of our stay.
We already booked our next stay with Kanzashi in coming February and look forward to staying there again."

"This hotel was great for me! The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the station. It's super convenient to Ueno, only one stop away. There's a 7-Eleven and Lawson right downstairs. Having my own private room was fantastic, and it was so handy having a hanger, fridge, and sink right there. The toilet and shower rooms were spotless. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with any questions. Check-out was super easy. Oh, and the electronic lock on the door was also incredibly convenient! 😆"

"The twin beds pushed together worked out for a family of three, but unfortunately, they couldn't provide a third duvet, only a blanket. The hotel facilities are a bit dated but clean and well-maintained. The location is absolutely fantastic – Exit 40 of the subway is just 20 meters away. If you have large luggage, I recommend using the Seibu Department Store exit, which is less than 100 meters from the hotel. It’s incredibly close for shopping at Seibu, Loft, and Lumine, and Sunshine City isn't far either. Just down the street are Blue Bottle Coffee and Minami-Ikebukuro Park. All in all, this location is unbeatable for exploring Ikebukuro and getting around."

"I really enjoyed my week long stay here. The room had everything I needed. There was just enough room for one person. The service was great from checking in to checking out. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Shinjuku Station. I was on a ladies only floor, so it was pretty quiet most of the time. There was a Family Mart, a Lawson, and a 7-11 in the same building; though, you do need to leave the building and go around to get to the 7-11. The hotel is close enough to the station, I could easily make a side trip to drop off any bags from shopping and go back out. They offer self-storage for luggage - which was great for me to check out and store my luggage without having to carry it around with me until I caught the bus. Which is another thing. The airport limousine drops you off and picks you up directly in front of the hotel. This was very convenient since it was my first time in Japan. It made getting to and from the hotel/airport very simple. I would definitely stay here again."

"The price was acceptable, but the bed and pillows were too soft, making it hard to sleep. Also, it said to keep quiet after 11 PM, but there were still many people noisily opening and closing their luggage between 12 AM and 2-3 AM. They were very noisy and inconsiderate travelers. People would just dump their trash and luggage on the floor after taking things out. I suggest the front desk clearly explain the rules to each guest before check-in, as not everyone is considerate."

"You can see the Tokyo Skytree directly from the top floor, and the sunset views are incredibly soothing. The location is very close to Oshiage Station, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurant options nearby. The room is a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The lobby offers a self-service snack and drink bar all day. The staff's English is excellent."
