"There is Lawson (convenience store) inside the hotel which was very convenient to the customer. Mitsui outlet also near and walking distance from hotel. However, if you have luggage with you its quite tiring to walk to the hotel from train station but reachable by walking. The check in process was quite slow and complicated as it was not enough staff to assist during online check in on site. The hotel also provide paid bus shuttle to Narita Airport that cost ¥1200. Overall, still a good stay."

"What more can I say? I'm completely satisfied! Facilities: Very new and excellent. Cleanliness: Every detail was meticulously handled. Environment: Tidy, clean, and comfortable. Service: Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly welcoming. I intentionally skipped breakfast because I tend to wake up late, so I can't comment on that. Overall, the Hilton Yokohama offers great value for money, and the transportation is very convenient. It's just a 10-minute walk from Yokohama Station, right across the pedestrian bridge."
