The hotel's location is quite convenient. While not in the absolute busiest part of the city center, it's within walking distance to Oshiage Station, which offers direct and quick trains to Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi, as well as both Haneda and Narita airports. The area around the hotel is well-ordered and relatively quiet, not too crowded or chaotic. It's right next to Tokyo Skytree, and the view from the rooftop at night is fantastic, with a pleasant breeze. The standard rooms are on the smaller side, but they maintain a good sense of design, and the TV is positioned conveniently at the head of the bed for easy screen mirroring. Although the rooms are compact, the common area on the first floor is spacious, so you can head downstairs if you need to work. The hotel website states that breakfast isn't included, but they actually provide complimentary bread and juice every day, with a variety of delicious options like bacon rolls and olive bread, so there's no need to buy breakfast separately. One of the front desk staff members, who spoke Chinese, was incredibly helpful and attentive on our check-in day, giving us detailed information about the rooftop, the breakfast bread, and the laundry/drying facilities. This was very useful. The only minor drawback is that all spaces feel a bit cramped, but this is commensurate with the price, and the hotel has clearly put effort into the design of its common areas to strike a good balance. Additionally, the bedding quality was just okay; the sheets had some pilling and small stains, which were replaced after room cleaning.

📍 **Location:** Just a two or three-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza subway station, with convenience stores like FamilyMart and Lawson nearby. It's only a five or six-minute stroll to Ginza Chuo Dori, making it super convenient for shopping and dining 🛍️ 🏨 **Ambiance:** The hotel boasts a modern, minimalist design. For its price range in Tokyo, the rooms are quite spacious; our triple room easily accommodated two open suitcases. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, with a bathtub and shower separated – much larger than expected 🛁 🛠️ **Facilities:** There's a public bath and a coin-operated laundry room, which is perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing ♨️ On the second floor, you can self-store your luggage, allowing you to explore for another half-day light-handed even after checking out. 💁 **Service:** The front desk staff speak fluent English, and check-in/check-out is efficient. Housekeeping cleans on demand, providing a comfortable and undisturbed stay. Given its location in Ginza and the price, the value for money is outstanding. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo ✨

Every time I visit Japan, no matter where I go first, my last stop is always Tokyo. And when I'm in Tokyo, Urawa Pines Hotel is my absolute top choice. While it's located at Urawa Station in Saitama Prefecture, it's incredibly close to Tokyo, and the transportation is unbelievably convenient. Let me elaborate: * **To Ueno or Tokyo:** No transfers needed, and you can take a rapid train. * **To Ikebukuro or Shinjuku:** Again, no transfers, and a rapid train gets you there quickly. * **To Karuizawa:** Just hop on the Shinkansen at Omiya Station. * **To Yokohama:** Direct train, no transfers. You can even get directly to Odawara and Atami. Besides the convenient transportation, the shopping is also a big draw, with Isetan and PARCO right at the station exit. The small street leading to the hotel is a bustling food street, full of delicious options. But the best part, ultimately, is the hotel itself. The rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, and cozy. Even the smaller rooms are 24 square meters, and the larger ones are 32 square meters – which is almost unbelievable in Japan, where space is at such a premium. What's even more surprising is the price. For anyone doing a self-guided tour of Japan, Urawa Pines Hotel should be your first choice. Highly, highly recommend it!!!

The front desk service was excellent, and we were able to store our luggage before check-in. The hotel is located right above the Rinkai Line, making transportation very convenient. There's also a direct bus to Haneda Airport right downstairs. You can take the subway to the airport as well, but it requires about a 15-minute walk to transfer. The hotel is next to Aeon Department Store and Matsumoto Kiyoshi, which is great for shopping. The breakfast area has limited seating, but the window seats offer a nice ocean view. The breakfast itself is mostly Western-style. Note that there's no complimentary drinking water in the rooms.

Booked 4 nights stay here. The overall experience is good, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is extremely good (for me) as it's only a 5-6 mins walk from the Keikyu-Kamata station. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store, Chinese cuisine restaurant and a pharmacy nearby. There is also a Shōtengai (Shopping/commercial street) nearby, which is around 5-6 mins walk from the hotel. They provided hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body shampoo, you have to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and other toiletries. There is an onsite washing machine and dryer (you need to dry for a longer time if your clothes are thick) that use coins, luckily we manage to change some coins using the machine at the counter with the help from the staff. If there's one downside to this hotel, it's that the double room is a bit small, but considering the price and the location, it's still good value for money.

It felt a little far from the station. Since it's an older hotel, there were no power outlets by the bed. However, the cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was substantial, so I was satisfied.
