"I forgot to take photos. The location is not in the city, but the room is big. The two single beds can be put together to form a huge king-size single bed. The child was very happy. The bath water was very strong. I liked it. The room is not very soundproof. The old man and the old woman next door yelled at the child early in the morning. This sounded very clear, like thunder in my ears, like a fishbone stuck in my throat, and I felt very uncomfortable. In short, the overall score is 85 points. By the way, there are plenty of parking spaces and Tesla fast charging. The pictures have nothing to do with the hotel. It just means that I love Tianjin."

__WeChat33418****I booked this hotel for my parents so they could attend an event in Tianjin. It was a huge disappointment!
First, I booked the room several days in advance. When we checked in, we were upgraded to an executive room. The front desk staff told us we could dine on the first floor or in the executive lounge. After their nap, my parents went to the first-floor café to ask if drinks were complimentary as part of the executive room service. The waiter replied, “Coffee is free, everything else costs extra.” My parents ordered two coffees, and after they finished, they were told the total was 120.00 yuan. To avoid spoiling everyone's mood, I paid.
Secondly, when I accompanied them, I noticed there were no welcome fruits or welcome card. I thought maybe it was because of the last-minute room upgrade, and they hadn't had time. But when we returned from our errands in the afternoon, there still weren't any. I happened to see a staff member delivering welcome fruits to another room, so I asked, and the staff member said, “I don't know.” Later that evening, I encountered another staff member who said, “Let me ask.” So, around 9 PM, we finally received the welcome fruits.
Furthermore, this was the first time I've stayed in an executive room at a hotel of this caliber that didn't offer turn-down service.
Also, there were noticeable stains on the glasses in the room. The same applied in the executive lounge; you had to pick through the cups, and dirty dessert spoons were mixed in with clean ones. I mentioned it to a staff member, who smiled and replied, “Okay, please just pick out the clean ones for now.”
The bedding felt like high-thread-count cotton, but the pillowcase seams were tattered and frayed.
I'm not sure if these issues are because this hotel isn't the Ritz-Carlton international chain I thought it was, or if they 'discount' their service in various ways because I booked through a platform and didn't pay the full price.
So many baffling bugs.
Pros: The food was delicious, but I have concerns about the hygiene. All the staff members were cheerful, except for one chef in the executive lounge who always looked glum.

The red uniform agreed by the hotel waiter was very festive and the service attitude was very good. Although the restaurant is not big, the breakfast is quite rich. Two stir-fried vegetables, boiled eggs and fried eggs, steamed sweet potato stickers with steamed buns and fried dough sticks, there are many snacks, two kinds of porridge, milk soy milk are also hot, a variety of pickles and bean curd, sausages and sausages, as well as fruits and candies, in short, the price is very high, parking is also convenient. The most important thing is that it is only a little more than ten kilometers away from the aircraft carrier park, and it takes less than half an hour to drive. There is the hotel's own cafe downstairs, as well as McDonald's. There are restaurants with high ratings such as Fugui Xianghe Hairanju in about ten minutes' walk. They are all based on seafood home-cooked dishes and the dishes are large. This hotel is worth living. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left.
Ms. Dephne Ng. , the manger, was very helpful and provided me a warm hospitality. She is very professional and always check if I receive everything I need. I was so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.
The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient to many attractions and very close to shopping streets, department store and restaurants.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place with excellent service to stay in Tianjin.

JJiaweixiaoyaoFacilities: The facilities are relatively new and impeccably clean.
Hygiene: Spotless. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of trash bags in the bins, which made us hesitant to throw garbage directly in. I suggest providing trash liners; it would also make cleanup easier for the staff.
Environment: Excellent. The location is superb, very close to various entertainment venues like TEDA Football Stadium, cinemas, Decathlon, and TEDA Second Sports Center. The hotel also boasts a very spacious parking lot, so driving here is highly recommended.
Service: The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They proactively offered us a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. Food deliveries were also very prompt, with robots delivering directly to our room. The bottled water supply was generous; we received two bottles on the first day, and then the cleaning staff, noticing our larger group, started placing four bottles in each room. Tea bags were also promptly replenished when needed. The mini-fridge was functional, perfect for chilling our own drinks in the summer.
Some key highlights include a 24-hour gym and a swimming pool open from 7 AM to 10 PM. (Note: The pool seems to be open to the public as well, not just hotel guests. I highly recommend going right at 7 AM when it's less crowded, but be aware that at that time, the changing rooms didn't have bath towels available, suggesting they weren't fully prepared yet.)
The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. It offered an array of authentic Tianjin local specialties like Gabacai, Doufunao, and Jianbing – the Jianbing, in particular, tasted genuinely local. The Western breakfast selection was equally impressive, with salads, fruits, and various juices, including fresh watermelon juice. The restaurant itself is spacious with ample seating, making for a very comfortable dining experience.
Upon check-in, we were also given four bar vouchers, which we used for two soft drinks and two Tsingtao beers. Additionally, there was a welcome fruit platter in our room.
The bathtub in the room was excellent. We stayed in two adjacent rooms that had a connecting door, which is ideal for families or for creating a family suite setup. The spacious desk and desk lamp were a significant plus, allowing our kids to occasionally read or do homework. The bedside universal power adapters were incredibly convenient for direct USB charging. The shower also provided instant and strong hot water.
The *only* significant drawback was that on the night we arrived, during a heavy downpour, we discovered around midnight that water was leaking into the room from the window. We immediately called the front desk, and a staff member promptly brought two bath towels to stem the flow. I strongly recommend the hotel addresses this issue during the dry season; resolving it would make the stay absolutely perfect.
Additionally, the labels on all the light switches were too small and indistinct. We couldn't read them clearly, and often had to use a flashlight to figure out which switch was for which light. I suggest enlarging and making the font more prominent for easier operation, especially for elderly guests.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely return if we have the chance.

Location: The hotel is located in Jinnan District, a little off, suitable for self-driving travel. There is nothing to eat around. We ate at the hotel's Cantonese restaurant on the first night, and the taste was good. We took a taxi to Jinnan Wuyue Plaza the next day. There are a lot of food there, so I recommend it!
Play: There is a Haihe Education Park Wetland nearby, which is very comfortable to go camping! It's not far to drive, and you can bring your baby and dog! So I didn't go into the city this time.
Facilities: The equipment is very complete, with swimming, fitness, children's playground, and pet facilities, suitable for a hotel! The room equipment is a bit old overall.
Parking: Very convenient, there are underground parking spaces, and there are charging piles on the ground.
Hygiene: Whether it is room cleaning or food, overall satisfaction!
Service: The service is meticulous. Before check-in, they will take the initiative to ask about needs and check-in time. The room is cleaned in time and the breakfast is diverse. The pet room is equipped with a rice bowl and a water bowl, which is good!
Disadvantages: The pet-friendly discount displayed in the elevator advertisement is still the same as before, and has not been updated in time. When I asked the front desk, they told me that this benefit is no longer available, which was a bit disappointing. This is still worse than Hilton's in-store check-in benefits.

3. **Good Breakfast Variety:** The breakfast offered a good selection of items, particularly staple foods, which met our basic needs.
Areas for Improvement:
1. **Facility Maintenance:** The billiard table had noticeable issues that affected gameplay, reducing the overall experience. Additionally, some areas were dimly lit, giving a slightly dated impression.
2. **Uninspired Breakfast:** For a hotel in Tianjin, the breakfast unfortunately lacked local specialties (e.g., Ga Ba Cai). The limited selection of stir-fried dishes also made it feel somewhat monotonous.
3. **Slow Emergency Response:** After using the hot springs, a family member (my mother, with a more severe reaction) developed an allergic itch. Although the hotel promised to arrange medical attention when we contacted them, there was no actual follow-up. They later only offered a small gift as an apology. Guests truly need prompt attention to health concerns, not just post-event compensation. This aspect of the experience was quite unsatisfactory.
4. **Hot Spring Water Quality:** Given that multiple people experienced allergic reactions, we strongly suggest closer monitoring of the hot spring water quality and more frequent water changes.
Overall, the hotel has a solid foundation and is well-suited for family getaways. However, with improvements in facility maintenance and service responsiveness, it could be even more highly recommended. We hope the hotel genuinely values guest feedback to offer a warmer, more considerate service.

JJianqiaodeyunAlthough I checked in again more than half a year later, Zora at the front desk recognized me immediately and thoughtfully helped me and my daughter arrange adjacent rooms. The bellman was polite and professional. Breakfast is served at the Renaissance Hotel next door, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. My daughter used the gym and the butler service was prompt and considerate. The quality of Marriott cannot be said enough!

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe checked into the Tuanbo Lake Hotspring Resort & Spa for one night, as we wanted to see if it's suitable for future visits.
We enjoyed our stay so much, and decided to extended our stay with another night.
The Resort is devided into two sections, with the Villa Style Hotspring Rooms on one end, and the Private Hotspring in Room ”House Soup”, on the other end.
We stayed at the ”House Soup” section, during this visit, as we wanted to enjoy our own private Hotspring in room.
Service received from all staff members were good, and they were all very courteous and efficient.
They were courtesy enough, to show us the Villa's as well.
The room was well prepared upon our arrive, and our room was decorated (Romantic Theme), as requested.
The Resort is a short drive out of the City, and it's advisable to allow ample time during your stay.
I will not recommend staying here, for one night only, but rather for a few nights if possible.
We will most definitely return, and spend more time here during longer holidays or time of work.
I can recommend this establishment to all future guests, foreign or domestic.
