"Nice view and hotel staff are friendly, the room is spacious and comfortable. Worth for stay and kids friendly, they have private pool and kids club which is suitable for family staycation. The only thing is nothing much surrounding here, but i think is okay just stay in hotel since the room is spacious with pool. With walking distance, have Chinese seafood restaurant and beach."

"I recently stayed at Iconic Marjorie Hotel Penang and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and everything feels new and well maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The location is abit far from Georgetown but it’s quite convenient, with several restaurants and cafés nearby, so finding good food was easy. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang. I would be happy to return again on my next trip."

"Great hospitality and service throughout my stay in Penang Amari Spice Hotel. Upon arrival, the reception team kindly upgraded me to a Premier King room without any request, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent—everything was excellent. I would like to express my utmost appreciation to the midnight team on 21/03/2026. During our stay, my friend suddenly fell seriously ill during midnight . We attempted to call emergency services (999), but unfortunately were unable to get through to the nearby general hospital immediately. The situation was critical, and waiting another 10–20 minutes could have put my friend’s life at risk. Thankfully, the Penang Amari hotel team acted swiftly and professionally. They followed up with us, and the female manager along with the guy management team arrived promptly to assess the situation. They provided immediate support and helped arrange transportation to the nearest hospital, ensuring we arrived within 10 minutes. Thanks to their quick response and care, my friend’s life was saved. And even after check out they still texting us to concern on the guest safety. We are deeply grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication during such a critical moment. "II really like the location of this hotel. It is conveniently located not far from the Penang Second Bridge, making it easy to travel between the island and the mainland. The room is also spacious and comfortable, with enough space for a family stay."

"Parking is ample inside the hotel, so no worries if you’re driving. Check-in and check-out were smooth. On the downside, the room has taped flooring, which makes it look a bit questionable and ugly 🤔 After check-in, we had to wait for towels until 7 PM, which I’ve never experienced at other hotels.🥲 The room was adequately equipped with an iron, ironing board, and smart TV. The pool was great,kids will definitely enjoy it. Overall, it was just okay.Nothing much."

"Overall experience staying is good. Toiletries were provided but no toothbrush & toothpaste. Toilet is only available at the lower level, we had to go downstairs every time to go to toilet, a bit inconvenient especially at night. We stayed for 3D2N and housekeeping only seemed to replace the towel/toiletries as the bed was not made up on the 2nd day. Parking is free but you need to pay RM50 deposit for the parking access card. Good thing is, just opposite the hotel there’s a mamak spot, can lepak & ngopi at night"
