"Last night I stayed at Aston Tropicana Hotel Bandung, it was a very unpleasant experience. First of all, during my check in process, it took longer than usual, my booking was not in their database, even the staff asked me whether I had already checked in or not, even though it was my first visit to the hotel that day. Eventually, the staff gave me the keycard, but when I walked through my room, it was already occupied. There was another guest in my room. I immediately went back to the receptionist and complaint about it. After that, they gave me another room, and they sent me a cake for a compliment. Despite what happened, everything went well in my room until I went to the bathroom. I found a huge cockroaches in my bathroom besides where the towel was stored. How can a four star hotel have cockroaches in the room, it was really my first and worst experience when I stayed at the hotel. I went back to the receptionist for the third time to complain about it. Eventually, they gave me a room upgrade and late check out as a compliment, but still, the experience I had is the worst. Hopefully you can evaluate your system and pest control in the hotel so that there won't be another bad experience like me again."

Showers not working (only one out of all), no hot water, not clean in the bathroom. Seems like no one is having shower there! Toilet shower broken and water was coming out the whole night. Loud music playing until late night in the restaurant nearby. Some aged locals staying overnight."
