Apartamento Completo en Ponce a Minutos de la Plaza

We had high hopes for this property, given the location and a “professional” rental company. I had asked for recommendations on local coffee shops and was told to figure it out. I missed the small print that literally everything is extra; parking, pool, etc. The company refused to provide check in information early; okay cool. But the weird part is that once communication started, they would only communicate through what’s app. I tried to call, they did not speak great English, and the first person hung up on me. It was up to me to reach out to them multiple times to figure out how to access our VRBO on the day of check in. We notified them that the ceiling fan in our room did not work: they said they would fix it. They did not. They were supposed to send us pool information and they never did. It was not on the property and was at some other location. While the place was beautiful, the host was not great and made things very frustrating. We will not be using any of their properties.

Location was great. We got eaten up by mosquitos while sleeping. Kitchenette didn’t have towels or paper towels, which made cooking challenging. Bed was springy, but sufficient. Overall, it met our needs and we made it work :-)

Downtown Location This unit is in the perfect location. We woke to the normal hustle noise of a city each morning. Loved being within walking distance of the town square.
