"Very nice hotel in a very good location and secure. Stayed there for 4 nights with family members. Check in was smooth and the room I stayed in was big, spacious with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was big and clean with a powerful shower. Breakfast was good (only 3 choices) however they seemed to run out of certain items and once one dish was finished, they only offered you whatever was left and wouldn’t go and prepare more even though about 7 of us wanted the same breakfast that morning. The front desk staff were friendly and professional but the Breakfast lady who took our orders and served us had an attitude and was quite rude on some occasions. She clearly needs training on how to deal with guests. I still recommend this hotel though."

"I have stayed in this hotel almost every year when I am in Nigeria. The standard , facility and service is degrading consistently. Yahoo boys are permanently resident and there is persistent use of hard *****. Strong smell of **** emanates from all the corridors. It was really strong and persistent althroughout my 3 days stay. **** was being smoked in the outdoor section where I had a 2yr old and a 9yr old members of my family sitting. I booked an executive and I was offered a standard room which costs less. The outdoor offering is shabby! I always have to go and look for a staff to request for drinks or any service. There is never a Permanent staff in the area. The icing on the cake, the manager refused to come out and speak to me when I was checking out so I can give him this feedback directly. They have really killed this hotel with their poor service, wreckless and uncaring attitude. "

"Most Horrible experience. First the rooms were not ready till about 3pm when I was ready to check in by 12pm. Then I couldn’t sleep because of raucous noise from a group of hoodlums packed about 20 into a room that made hell of noise all thru the night till morning. Repeated calls to the reception desk changed nothing till 3am when room was changed"

"I would advise anyone going to this hotel IBD International hotel should rethink the decision. It would be the worst time and they might end up ruining your holiday. There is nothing international about the hotel. The general manager Lekan has zero problem solving skills and so unprofessional. Also information you see online regards the hotel is all false."
