"The staff are pleasant and the room clean. We booked a superior room described as truly romantic! It was very disappointing. The city view was in fact a view of the narrow street and flats opposite. The mini bar was an empty fridge with not even a welcoming bottle of water. The Opera Prima Restaurant was closed as was the bar. There is a small unmanned bar near the huge and soulless function room used as a dining room for bus tour passengers who appeared to be the only other residents. The sun terrace with outdoor furniture described on the website is a building site totally devoid of furniture in any usable form. All in all a hugely disappointing and expensive stay."

"I and my family spent here 3 days at ferragosto horse. We were a twenty people. Stay to say little super!!!! Very comfortable rooms, equipped with everything necessary and spacious. The swimming pool is not very large but perfect for a relaxing day. A very rich and abundant breakfast but what most of all has surprised me was the extreme availability of owners, who have met every request as we were family states!!! Very thank you ... 5 stars are also little!!!!"

"Our room was large and clean. Michelangelo is an excellent host who gave us good tips on excursions and restaurants and was always available via WhatsApp. On the day of arrival there was an event in the city center and we couldn't drive to the Residenza. Michelangelo picked us up and guided us. One of two parking spaces was reserved for us there😎. The central location is perfect for exploring the city center. Breakfast was available in three restaurants that were a maximum of three minutes' walk away. We alternated between Café Cipriani and Café all duomo. Both were very tasty and the service was friendly."

"Rina was a wonderful hostess in a 6-room palazzo that has been beautifully restored. Our room was well appointed with so many creature comforts, including a sitting room, a huge bathroom and an extra large bed and closet. You are 3 minutes from Duomo Square on a side street with easy access to everything. She could not have been nicer or more helpful - and the communal breakfast was lovely, too, and a nice way to interact with other guests and hear about their experience. Thank you, Rina!"
