"It's an old-fashioned accommodation.
The food at the restaurant is delicious.
The hot water in the bath is also nice.
I stayed there last year and was very satisfied.
When the reservation was for 5 adults, they changed it to the actual details and even gave me a refund.
Thank you for your really good response!
The cleanliness is relatively high!
The photo is Imazukada Milk Coffee, which can only be purchased nearby.
You can drink it in an old-fashioned milk bottle and it's very delicious."

No. 18 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Niigata Prefecture"The second time I stayed, the hotel will have a special bus to Niigata Station every day (reservation is required in advance), and you will get off the bus to visit a Swan Lake (very beautiful). After arriving at the hotel, the staff will warmly receive it. The whole Japanese kneeling service is now quite rare in Japan. The dinner was delicious and very satisfying."

"Location may be away from Sakihana station but they provide free shuttle if you inform in advance. Service was fabulous. The pretty Lady manager was warm and super friendly. The rest of the staff were efficient too. Their English is limited but we got by with GoogleTranslate. . Food was very delicious with many courses and side dishes. The highlight for us is the hot spring bath. The place was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed our time there. Yes, we have highly recommended our friends to visit the place in future."
