B&B HOTEL Saint-Quentin
"Very good welcome"
Ibis Styles Saint-Quentin
Ibis Budget Saint-Quentin Centre Gare
"Such a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The receptionist is very helpful. Room was spacious and complete with all the amenities. Breakfast only cost you €9.90. The room is clean and the location is cery well situated in calm area."
Best Western Plus Hotel des Francs
"Stayed with a group of 31 people. Location is perfect lovely surroundings and ideal for walking into the centre. The Double room was clean and well maintained. Stayed for dinner on one night only. We should have stayed for more. Bar service on the patio and in the bar. lowest 5.5 ABV. Cava sold with ice buckets. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Weather was beautiful. Coach parking was close as there is one bay near to the front of hotel. A lot of staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful which made our stay special. Visited the Memorial to the Missing in the town ( get the gate code to be able to gain full access). We also visited the Chemin des Dames, Caverne du Dragon, Le Musee Memorial de L'Armistice at Compeigne. Would stay here again"
Campanile Saint Quentin
"A friendly and welcome staff. Good for a stay"
Campanile Chateau Thierry
"Nothing to say super hotel"
Hotel Inn Design Laon
"Enthusiastic and friendly welcome Very helpful Room good, clean Good bed TV only in French Shower and toilet very basic Aldi supermarket very close by Parking on hotel grounds"
Best Western Plus le Picardy
"We stayed at Le Picardy hotel for one night on the way back from Strasbourg and it was below expectations. Following is the summary of the good and not so good points of the hotel/apartments. The good: 1) The staff were extremely good and helpful. From the team at reception to the staff at the restaurant, everyone was customer oriented and ready to help. 2) The parking was conveniently located across the street in front of the hotel. 3) On site restaurant for a convenient meal especially if you've had a long day. The food was ok too. 4) Pet friendly rooms and public areas. The not so good: 1) The rooms and bathroom was extremely dated. The lighting was not sufficient and didn't cover enough of the areas in the room. 2) The air conditioner was noisy like an old truck and kept stopping in the middle of the night even after we put it to max speed leaving the room warm. 3) Breakfast was abysmal. Don't understand how they justify charging €12 each for just bread, croissants and eggs (no sausages, bacon or any hot meats). The coffee machine dispensing the a single type of coffee and juices from a box. 4) Think the room was prepared in a hurry as there was no toilet tissue, no hand wash or a soap to clean hands. The kettle doesn't switch on so no hot water for a coffee in the morning. 5) We booked a room with City view and the city view was someone else's living room. 6) Believe the star system for hotels is not working properly in this case as the room was not fit even for a 2 star but the hotel is rated 4 star per the plaque in front. Think the bad points go above the good service by the staff here so can only give a one star."
Hôtel du Golf de l'Ailette the Originals Relais
"no heating when I arrived"

Chateau de Fere Hotel and Spa
"The Chateau de Fere was in a great location east of Paris, between Chateau Thierry, Reims and Soisson, sits near the ruins of a 13th century fortress, which can be accessed from the hotel. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Belleau Wood. I stay for one night in the Prestige Suite. Room was spacious. It’s actually two rooms. There is the bedroom when entering the room, and a combination living room and bathroom in a loft area. The restaurant had good food and the bar had variety of drink selections. However, the hotel does not have air conditioning and the water for the shower didn’t heat up in the morning. There is no elevator to get to the upper floors."
Domaine du lac de condé
Chambres d'Hotes Lorengrain
"We arrived very tired and the owner was very welcoming. We had not booked supper and might have been the only guests but a nice lady rustled up a meal for us. The room was good and our dog was also welcomed. We did not try the sauna. I would stay here again. Note: the entrance looks like a track down the side of the chateau and the sign is difficult to see from one direction at least. "
Château de Courcelles - Relais & Châteaux
"The hotel itself is exactly what you would hope for from a Relais & Châteaux property — charming rooms, lovely gardens, and a peaceful setting that promises a special stay. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience fell significantly short and ultimately defined our visit. From the outset, service was disorganised and inattentive. Despite being asked to arrive early for an aperitif, there was no service at the bar and we ended up pouring our own champagne. We were not taken to our table on time, eventually seating ourselves, and then waited far too long without any meaningful attention. Throughout the evening, there appeared to be a lack of coordination among staff. One waiter seemed capable, while others were either unsure or inactive. Wine pairings were served late, dishes sat going cold waiting to be delivered, and even basic elements such as clearing the table took far longer than they should. Concerns raised on the evening were not met with meaningful apologies. The food itself was good, which made the experience all the more frustrating. A kitchen performing at this level deserves service to match. While the issues were acknowledged the following day, the proposed resolution — effectively offering a better second evening — missed the point entirely. A poor experience during a special occasion cannot simply be reset. In the end, this is a lovely hotel whose overall impression is unfortunately shaped by a restaurant experience and disappointing customer service that fall well below the standard it aspires to. If like I was you are going for the hotel and it's restaurant, my advice would be to chose somewhere else - there are many better options available."
Domaine de Barive
"very nice big rooms with all the comfort ! very nice restaurant ! breakfast was very good ! garden and swimmingpool and jacuzzi ! "
Domaine le Translon
Au Domaine du Prédieu
Center Parcs le Lac D’Ailette
"Not disabled friendly! We are still here at the moment and frustrated by the lack of disabled facilities and lack of understanding by staff. All disabled toilets at the centre are out of order. This means returning back to our cottage every few hours to administer our son’s catheter. The staff are not bothered in the slightest and have no idea why all the disabled toilets are out of action or when they will be available again. A spoilt family holiday!"
Best Western Ile De France Hotel & Spa
"Young team. Very attentive and hardworking. Visually nice location, but a bit far from the city. Walls are somewhat thin, so you can clearly hear your neighbors. Still a recommended hotel."
Ibis Budget Château-Thierry
"Generally speaking, it is quite satisfactory"
Domitys - le château de la Pilule
"Spacious and well-equipped apartment, 140cm bedding (they still exist...) Didn't try the swimming pool. One downside about the breakfast, basic. Reception needs improvement (discrepancy between the arrival time announced by phone and the reality, first apartment allocated, cleaning had not yet been done,...)"
Ibis Soissons
"Just a one night stopover. Ticks all the boxes. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Comprehensive breakfast. Only problem was that we arrived after dark and although the hotel was clearly visible from the City by-pass dual carriageway, discovering the actual access proved more challenging. The Ibis building is on an industrial estate and is totally hidden behind the Hotel Premiere Classe on the shared plot."
Hotel de l'Abbaye de Longpont
"I think some of the recent reviews are a little harsh. We stayed in the family room (double bed and 2 singles, with ensuite) for 1 night. Our room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable, which are very important criteria for us. The hotel is in a pretty village, providing us with a good stop-over location for travelling through France to our final destination. However, there are a few teething problems, and although the new owner was helpful when we explained there was a problem, some prior booking information has not being passed from the old owner to the new. I agree with previous reviews that the website is misleading, suggesting that the restaurant is still open when it seems to be permanently closed, although breakfast is available. "
Hôtel du Tramway
"Well located next to the train station. Check in time a little weird at 4pm but is fine if you arrive late in town. The attractions are all on top of the hill about 20 mins walk from the hotel. The staffs are very friendly. Rooms are well allocated and size is alright."
Trankil'Apparts Centre
"Parking was for free with plenty of space on the opposite side of the street right next to the park. The location was easy to find. Second door at the street. I love the convenience with the door codes via Mail. Made sure our check-in was quick, since we arrived after 12 am and we were really tired haha. The apartment is very clean and spacious, bed was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it made a solid impression. The bathroom was great too and it has a rain shower head. The only downside was that the WiFi code didn't work. This probably just affected our room but still was an inconvenience."
Domaine de Blangy
"Very nice, clean room. There was a communication issue; they said they had sent a message regarding key collection and my arrival. I didn't see it. I was traveling and only communicated by phone. No big deal, someone was there and everything went perfectly. A minor issue: the bedside and reading lights weren't working, and the pillows were of average quality. Everything else was great."
