"The Fairmont Mara was a unique experience for my extended family. Beautiful setting on the Mara River (inhabited by hippos). The upscale tent was roomy and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Rose who was our restaurant server. The safari at Massai Mara was outstanding. Our safari guide David was excellent and made the experience way better than expected. Couldn’t be more satisfied."

"My wife and I were traveling to Africa for the first time to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and were treated like royalty at The Royal Mara. It really was the HIGHLIGHT of our entire trip. The staff was so warm, accommodating and unbelievably kind and understanding. Our happiness was their #1 priority at all times. And the location - sleeping next to the hippos every night, hearing them communicate between one another, and seeing the monkeys run all around the property in the afternoon - added to the beauty of our perfect stay. And since it's located on the reserve, the game drives were incredible right from the very start! We saw every animal (and their babies!) in the Mara and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We want to personally thank all of the staff for being amazing caretakers of us for the entirety of our visit, and specifically: Gilbert for the superb meal service, Simon for the amazing safaris, Anna and Frances for such warm hospitality, and Veronica for being such a wonderful host. She knew it was our anniversary and planned several surprises for us during our stay. "The Mara Rover Camp was a stunning experience. Never been so close to the wildlife. The campsite itself is beautiful, the rooms/tents are nice and clean and the food is great. I especially enjoyed the kindness of everyone and the amazing service. Recommendation goes out to all of you!"

"We stayed at Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Camp for four nights, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The camp is beautifully set along the Mara River, where we could watch hippos and other wildlife. We even spotted two lions right from the pool area. What truly makes this camp special, though, is the people. Every single staff member was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. Their constant smiles and kindness made us feel like family. We loved spending time together at the fire pit and even teaching them how to throw an American football—such fun, memorable moments. A special shout-out to Peter and Salomon, who were exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the sundowners were phenomenal, and our lodge was absolutely gorgeous. We also really enjoyed the guided walk across the river up to the rock and the relaxing massages—both were wonderful additions to the experience. "Wow, this was a dream come true, a bucket list holiday. This was a special holiday for my 50th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. I have no complaints and can’t find any fault with our stay here! Or safari guide Paul was fantastic showing us the animals and drip feeding us information throughout the 5 day safari there was nothing he didn’t know. Dennis was brilliant as Paul’s assistant. Geoffrey was our waiter and he was very attentive and made us feel at home straight away. Thank you to James the guard on making us feel safe on our evening safari walk. ( this is a must) Moses the camp manger was there to greet us and to wave us good bye. I left not ready to leave this wonderful place and not ready to go and with a tear in my eye!
